I bought this and it only comes with one pistol grip arm. Neewer does not seem to sell extra arms. So this as is deceptive with the two arms. The only extra arm I can find is by Flashpoint and I don't know if it will fit this stand.

Step 1: the videos you are referencing need to come down ASAP & Step 2: Have someone in leadership ensure that step 1 was completed Step 3: Make available a second arm on your website and in retail for purchase to legally protect yourself and to satisfy frustrated customers and business owners like me Step 4: Relaunch this media campaign and repost same videos. It's not too late to course correct @@NeewerOfficial
