Gary Puckett is a super class act. There was this man dying in the hospital and he had one wish was to hear Gary Puckett sing to him. Knowing Puckett was in town that day, the dudes wife ask him to sing one of his hits into the phone. About an hour later, Gary showed up himself in person and sang all his hits with him playing the guitar and he is a very good guitar player. That is the mark of a true musician!!!
Totally agree…saw Gary years ago at Cape Cod Melody Tent. He, Brian Hyland and Gene Pitney are woven from same cloth, dignity, kindness, humbleness and generosity 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
Looking forward to seeing the 2018 Happy Together tour in a couple of weeks in Biloxi, MS... Have LOVED _the rain, the park and other things_, so hearing the Cowsills play it and all the other wonderful bands will be a special treat for this old man!!! So grateful that they continue to bring smiles to our older crowd and get all us 'old' folks out of our seats and dancing!!! (we were so much younger when we first heard and grooved to these hits)
I saw them in Aurora in August 2016. Gary Pucket went into the crowd singing Young Girl and all the "young girls" in their '60s hugged him 58:00 Chuck Negron called Joy to the World his Annuity. I met him the year before and glad I was able to see him perform, 1:02:00 I had to leave when Flo and Eddie were beginning, but I saw them in 1979...well kind of...they were MCing for the Beach Boys, not actually performing...unless you count Flo singing "If you want my body and you think I'm sexy then I think you're crazy 'cause I'm fat"
I'm surprised no one has tried to cancel The Cowsills for the song Indian Lake. People have gotten so touchy these days, ya' know what I mean? Love you Bob, Paul & Susan!! Where's the new CD?
LOVE All these guys!!! Only thing is, if This was a Full Show there was waay too Much fooling around and talking on stage and Not enough of doing their hits, which I would have Appreciated so much more. For me, Not Enough Time for BOTH. I'm going to see the Happy Together Tour in June of 2017 in NJ and I'm just 'Praying,' that Chuck Negron will be doing 'Eli,' as well as the Association doing 'Everything that Touches You.' I SO Hope so.
Coming to Az July 13th 2018, Only one I care to see and meet is Susan Cowsill, I do not have $60 to get a good seat (Oh wait, those are all sold out)< I also do not have $45 to sit in the back, and I sure am not spending $30 to stand. So Susan, even though we will be 40 miles away, we will not meet. Shame really.
We went to these every single year. Unfortunately last year's show was pretty awful. Ron Dante as a replacement for Howard Kaylan doesn't work. I would put the Cowsills in charge of it and to headline. Overall it was great while it lasted but these singers are mostly to old.
Mike Love sang lead on many Beachboys songs. Yes Mark Volman was comedy value as much as anything else. Must have been a strong personal relationship with Howard Kayman who was, of course, a superb talent. For an analogy, it might closer to the fact to consider Andy Ripley in Wham, or even John Oates with Daryl Hall. Also look at the Rascals with the organist singing more lead than the singer! Yet that worked so well.
Howard's voice still youthful and awesome here. What a vocal talent.

I've seen that on UA-cam. Not just a musician, a real human being.
He's the Lou Gehrig or rock

Sensational survivors of the Cowsills. Pure pleasure. Entertaining and well thought out.
Oh How I Loved the Flower Girl , Thanks so much for posting this. They are all wonderful.

Brings back memories. Thanks 4 posting!! Loved the songs but disappointed that the Turtles only sang 3? songs.
❤️
Saw this concert in Pomona ny
Paul has more fun than anybody!lol
Great to see Chuck Negron alive. After 20 years, he finally broke a $500 a day heroin habit. RIP Cory Wells.
Not such great singing though!
The Cowsills were far and away the best of the show. Why on earth were they opening? Go figure
Probably to start the show off strongly?
I was thinking they got priority and picked that slot so that they could get the best sound check and get out of there early if they wanted to. 😁
Going with Flo and Eddie.
I'll bet the stench of Patchouli oil was heavy in that room!
Thanks
The last two guys are so funny!
I came here to see the turtles but like everyone.
Cowsills were the best. Why are they opening and not closing the show?
Just fantastic---- are they doing a tour in 2018---anyone know?
Can The Turtles do a stand-up comedy tour? Please?
I'd go see them! 😂😂😂😂😂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
These are comments that we were allowed to say before political correctness and cancel society.
happy
Just watching this now...great share. Anyone know why the drummer was cordoned off by plexiglass?
Acoustics.
Shield is to isolate the drums from the other mics, and to reduce drum volume.
John Gaffigan eeeeeeeee
I'm surprised no one has tried to cancel The Cowsills for the song Indian Lake. People have gotten so touchy these days, ya' know what I mean? Love you Bob, Paul & Susan!! Where's the new CD?
@Brian Allen are you part owl 🦉?
@Brian Allen Now you want to insult an ethnic culture. Nice!!
@Brian Allen WOW talk about exposing yourself as an idiot!
@Brian Allen I'm not the one proving myself an idiot. Now move along little boy you're biting off more than you can chew!
It's Mark Lindsay. Why can't the poster just take a few seconds to check spelling?
Why is Howard sitting is he ok?
Looks like his foot is in a cast.
That Cowsill guy is doing Mark Vollman’s schtick……..original……
If memories were all I sang...I'd rather drive a truck...
R.I.P Ricky!!!!!!sadly most won't catch the meaning of your comment........

Wrong. The show is amazing. No one had any complaints at the sold out show.

hey cowsills how bout some new moves during songs
There’s something wrong with Paul…
The audience is an ocean and the performers are drunken boats !
They are great. But why was he sitting down?
Don Diego Vega Howard has a foot injury and a cast on his foot.

You're not doing these Bands any favors by recording them on your smartphone and posting it on UA-cam. Sounds like crap and it's not the band's fault.
Post all you want 😂
I hate to say this, but Flo is about as worthless to the Turtles as Mike Love is to the Beach Boys. IMO so don't go crazy on me.
