never heard of CV until over 10 yrs ago when trawling through my local libary an i came across this little gem, was instantly drawn ,, taped it like u do ,, wore it out ,,gutted then finally brought the cd from america 2 weeks £25 it cost ,,an i still listen to it today,, amazing album,, especially project 80,, worth listening to the full 54 minute experience
much of CV at a time became very techno. i like it......this is ummmm.....so much like 808 State and sumthing off of Utd. State 90......matter of fact.....nevermind.... anyway check out early CV....it's kinda scary....in fact, real fuckin scary....
Anyone interested in cabaret Voltaire should listen to the album called the voice of America 1980 rough trade amazing album the track obsession almost wore it out on vinyl pure groove
@inversion66 I can pretty much instantly tell if Richard H. Kirk has anything to do with a track. The second those delayed vocal samples appear I know it's him.
Beautiful ambient techno
Isn't it bizarre that we live in a world where this beautiful, amazing music is considered unlistenable to most?
Indeed. Truly majestic sound this is.
we're lucky enough to live in a world in which music is not made to please the majority
"The Conversation" is the link between electro, Kirk's Sandoz output and dubstep. This track is ultimate.

The thing about this cut is that it could be labelled as an Orb track and I wouldn't have known it wasn't.
