There are many elements in here that are highly original and the embellishments, accents and phrasing in many parts are so beautiful but I would say overall it comes 3rd place behind Andrea de Vitis and David Russel. This interpretation on this particular guitar really does justice to this monumental work by the incomparable Bach. Well done Solomon
There are many Chaconne performances in UA-cam but yours here is by far my favorite one. It is just perfect. I noticed your nails are not particularly long which may be the reason for the warmer tone ? Or maybe the cedar top? Thanks for sharing it with us !
The best Chaconne performance I’ve ever heard, it rocks with heart and soul, what an incredible performance, bar none! And I love to have the Ramirez!
Je d'acorde. This most superb performance of arguably the greatest piece of music of all time by the greatest composer of all time.
A tour-de-force, nothing left out, nothing unexpressed, superb, one of the great Chaconne performances.
Nothing artificial here ,, raw , natural sound. Excellent recording . The playing is of the highest quality.

Fantastic love this piece on guitar your playing is superb
Beautiful music making, so natural & unaffected, and the recording finely conveys the warmth and color in your playing.
I heard monuments of shape and texture, but condensed enough to emerge from fingertips.
beautiful indeed - bonus points for having a striking resemblance to adrien brody too.
I never knew Tim Jolis was so good at guitar. Beautifully accentuated and effortless.
BRAVO!!!!!
Gorgeous interpretation.
Genial!
🙌🙌🙌
Beautiful Interpretation, Solomon! We met in CO, enjoyed your Invocacion y Danza as well!
Very well done.
Played as if on a cello- excellent expression
Exquisite, & unless I'm gravely mistaken that guitar could only be a Ramirez 1a!
Súper
👏
Back in a second. Going to set my guitar on fire. Just a second, thanks.
Why would you?
@@JohnMisdreavous idk, that was 6 years ago. I'm a new man now, home slice.
@@Musicmonk84 glad to hear it
He's rocking that Ramirez. Segovia would have loved this.
