Thank you from New Zealand! Loving hearing all the news Who knew I would be interested in Stingrays! Here in the far north of New Zealand the orcas eat the eagle rays. To get their pups trained up they bite the stinger off and let the pups play with the poor rays!
Good to see you and the rays back!

Another informative video.
Been watching for years and am your newest subscriber.
Keep the content coming.
Would garlic help her through her process
I'm curious... would it be bad to continuously trim off the barbs on all their tails? Just so these accidents can't happen and to make it easier for handling?
The stingray that got stung by the other stingray in the nuts. Is there something that can be done to clean that up and then possibly seal it like taking it to an aquatic veterinarian and have them operate on it a bit. To make sure everything is okay and nothing vital was actually punctured? I know stingrays can be dangerous cuz Steve Irwin died by getting stung by a stingray in the chest. But I was just kind of curious if this little meal stingray getting stung by the other Stingray if it would do damage to his Stingray testicles. I mean I would hope that be something that could be fixed by aquatic veterinarian possibly cleaned up possibly stitched up with a couple of stitches.
HI how come you don't use a substrate in your tank's? I always thought stingrays love to hide in sand/gravel. Cheers 👍
Hi Adrew you bring in any flower rays?
Looking forward to the updates on the female and albino male !!!
I love to see your video's, glad to see that the female is doing better and I hope that male recovers soon.
I do have a question, if I was interested in a stingray from you, would you be able to ship it to the Netherlands? I don't know how that all works with import rights ect. I take it that there are rules about that, especially since it's not in the US. Anyway, greetings from The Netherlands!!
What's the prices on each stingray or where can I go to look at the detail and prices?
Dont quote me but predatoryfins website im pretty sure has them listed
Sir what’s the medication you use for stingrays ?
I hope your female will start eating again and be fine. Plus i hope your male will heal up to pretty fast. Thanks for sharing and God bless you and your family and friends.....🙏❤🙏❤🙏😊🙂😀
Goodam. Kev, do you have any idea wjat is wrong with one of my sub adult fem? She is active and eating well but the pelvic bones are still visible.. i previously dewormed her last November. Just want to get some advice before deworming again or there might be other things i need consider. Thanks
So do you only work with bosmani, black diamond and mortoros? I’m just curious what other species are in the trade and whats up obtainable. Hopefully one video you can maybe go through and tell the scientific names of all of em, the commons are cool but some people like to geek out over scientific names and also hopefully
You can work with more species of them and showcase more of them, I heard you say one in a previous video that was falkner maybe but I’m not to sure
Damn joe what happen to discus
Where are you Kevin?????
What would you consider the holy grail of sting rays ?
Hey dude.
Whacked right in the nuts! 🤣

Kevin I don’t mean to brag but CAN YOU PLEASE UPLOAD MORE VIDEOS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ………Tank yu🙏
Exsotis fish
Just ask Reaper at Ohio Fish Rescue what stingers can do, he caught on in his ankle.
Fix your caption buddy?
With all due respect I think you are getting some of your genetics wrong. You are calling some of the yellow fish with 'black' eyes axanthic. Axanthic is LACKING axanthrophores...which is the yellow pigments. An axanthic has NO yellow. Anerythristic is lacking the red pigments. Albino is lacking melanins...also called amelanistic. There ARE albino with some darker pigments... they are T POSITIVE albino. The "T" stands for tyrisonase....which is the protein in the skin that is 'responsible' for producing the melanins....so a T positive albino WILL have SOME melanins....which will show up usually as dark purples or a brownish looking pigment. So I believe the animals you are referring to as 'axanthic'....are more than likely a strain of T positive albino, as a true axanthic has ZERO yellows. I have been breeding snakes since 1992...so I have a pretty decent grasp on genetics. T positive is still a recessive trait....so it is still inherited the same way as 'normal' albinos, unlike incomplete dominant/dominant/or co-dominant traits.
So a 'T negative' albino is what most people envision when they hear the term 'albino'....but there is also strains of 'albino' that are called 't positive' albinos. Look up the VPI T positive albino boa constrictors....then look up the Kahl strain albino boas. The VPI are t positive, and the Kahl are t negative albinos. This will help you 'see' the difference....both are still albino...but they look quite different. Both have red pupils...but the iris color is red in a t negative, as the iris in a t positive us usually purple....or similar...which is what I think you may be seeing in the animals you are calling axanthic.
