The reason why they used Yokai for Big Hero 6 is due to weird copyright issues. The main team (Hiro, Baymax, Honey Lemon, GoGo, Wasabi, Fred) are loose adaptations from Marvel characters. Yokai was created specifically for the 2014 movie and is completely original to the Disney Animated Canon.
(Even though Disney owns Marvel? I dunno how copyright works, but yeah, that's apparently the reason why Yokai's there)

Home on the Range did get represented. Maggie the cow was featured in the end credits.
@sirhenrymorgan1187 The Yokai copyright thing is like Sora for Kingdom Hearts... But in reverse. If that makes sense.
There's also Disney's The Wild of 2006 should have been Sam posing next to Ryan or Nigel holding the toy Liberty torch with a pineapple crown plus I don't think sequels count for a reason

@@EdizAndBen For Black Cauldron, I was considering horned king or gurgi but I didn't choose them for two reasons
1. They aren't the protagonist
2. The pose that Taran makes in the movie poster is cool enough for me to choose him
For Ralph Breaks the Internet, I was thinking Vanellope but I didn't choose her because she was already a character in the first one so I just picked one that was new to the sequel, same for Frozen II
I Know Tigger was in the first winnie the pooh but there are literally no new characters in the new one

I was literally ranting about this the other day. I get not including the package films or sequels (most of them) But not including those 3 is unforgivable.
Either it was a mistake, which is stupid, or they intentionally left them out for no reason, which is even more stupid.
Like they did such a good job with representation in Once Upon a Studio. It shouldn't have been hard to make sure to represent all your movies in a small 3 minute credit sequence.
So many people had said to me I would love the credits because I was a big Disney fan... But no... It's stupid and you hit the nail on the head in your comment as to why 😂

@@EdizAndBen yeah I thought it was cute when I saw it in theaters, but disappointed they had done that. I was hoping they would fix it in the digital release but alas they did not. It's unfortunate how hit and miss they are lately
Also on a side note, I'm impressed you could name all the movies in order from the beginning. I can't even do that as a huge Disney fan myself, although I could do it with the Little Mermaid on at one point.
Imagine if the villain where some kind of evil entity that was sealed on that book that eat people's wishes and dreams, maybe a creature of the same species of Star, and was making Magnifico losing his mind little by little without him noticing

I was dissapointed no Rescuers whatsover but they had Fantasia 2000.
So I counted, and I'm pretty sure that they wanted Wish to count as the 50th Disney movie classic. That's why some movies were left out although I don't agree with some of their choices
That's weird because they didn't promote it as the 50th classic... Although that would make sense as to why they are randomly not including a few movies....
