- Hey friends, so this day has finally come. Our last day on the bus :(:(
What a massive 6 months it has been. Join us this week as we share the last few days on the bus, reflect on if it has been all we had hoped for with our amazing CP boys, and say our final good bye! Big things to come for our family as we pack up our life in NZ!

I can say freely that you are the toughest tender people I have run across in my 72 years, and I love you all with all my heart. I will never forget the example of River's courage and Ducky's contagious good cheer. What marvelous brothers. I only hope you will continue to make videos so I can keep up with your family and the progress for Ducky and River, cause I'm too old to move close to you. Blessings on your family.

8:30 "Maybe labels don't need to hold us back". This struck me. I am a mother of an 18 year old daughter with autism. I remember thinking the very same thing when she was really young. As she grew, I came to realize that the world will always try and label her. Others will always put boundaries on her and assume she can't do things that mainstream people can. It is because of these stereotypes that I have intentionally raised her to know she has no boundaries. Labels and diagnoses do not define her, that she was created for a specific purpose in this life and that she will be used for greatness and to inspire others At 18, she is proud of her autism and shows the world what is possible, instead of what is impossible. Keep up the good work! The road may be long, difficult and hard. But the journey is well worth it.
Hey lani! Feel pretty humbled hearing your story and take courage at the incredible journey you and your daughter have been on. I hope we can follow your lead with our boys. At times it does seem challenging but they keep leading us on xx

I hope you all keep making videos. How beautiful is it that you can all re-live these precious moments on video whenever you feel home(bus) sick. You have done fantastic things for your boys, you have shown them they can reach higher and go further than they think they can. You've given them their freedom. So often that freedom is removed, even by us as parents, totally absentmindedly. Thank you for these videos, they help me keep showing my girl how to reach higher and further than she thinks she can. Presume competence is my catchphrase. I keep repeating it everyday to make sure I do. I know you both do. Xxoo

I watch your videos and the very private and heart sent parts of your lives and I cant help but be in awe of all of you. The limitations the boys have within them, are minuscule in comparison to the limitless lives they have ahead - all because of the world you see for them. They are both amazing gifts and have taught us viewers so many lessons about life, adventure, determination and the ability to see the world as a place to explore not as a limit. Watching them on the beach and feeling the strength they both have reminds me to push myself when I feel old and weak, to challenge myself to see what I can accomplish not look for excuses why I cannot. I am just truly inspired by your amazing children. You have prepared so well for this next leg of your journey and I know without a doubt whatever challenges lie ahead, the four of you are strong enough to come out on top of the mountain. I put off watching this video for a little because change is something I struggle with. It’s been awesome watching your bus journey and I look forward to following your journey forward! As your bus journey ends, mine finally begins. I am currently looking for a bus in the US! Wish me luck!

Ordinary Extraordinary hoping to get it and get it livable by the end of August. Whether we stay semi stationary for a year or start our adventures right away depends on my job! I might be training in dog grooming which means a year of stationary living (with lots of little trips)

If you love big trees, you would REALLY LOVE seeing Sequoia National Park in California, USA. It takes 10 people with their arms outstretched to encircle one tree. So amazing. I think you should call the bus "BIG BLUE".

Blessings to your Family, we have a school bus (has a Wheelchair lift on the side of the bus) we also converted our bus into an RV. Our oldest son has a CP he is 24 years old, that's the reason why we bought a school bus with the lift so we can transport our son who's in a wheelchair. Looking forward to watch and see your family's adventure, blessings from Va. Beach Va. USA
