I don't think it's worth it. You're not focused on trying to get the most damage out of PEP. You'll be surprised how much life points you pay activating your monsters' effects.
Yeah you usually end up on about 5600-6200LP end of first turn through your punk monster effects alone which I nice increased for psychic end, plus the deck is pretty consistent n has a lot of draw power with field spell so a bunch of hand traps works nice👌

The reason I see to run more than 1 is because the lvl 8's can't special summon deer note from the hand only the deck
