because of the game's new difficulty, we generally found it hard to continue and didn't have time, so we just ended up reacting through the cutscenes that @BeardBear shared (thanks so much!) - we still LOVE the story, we just thought that the game's mechanics were way too difficult. hats off to anyone who's completed the game through normal or hard difficulty and please remember we all have our own gaming levels of experience

The true ending's really emotional, Eggman and his daughter he created,, father & daughter, as a family 🥲
And ofc if this DLC really means to be an apology from Sega, to make a better ending, then apology accepted ☺️

Based. Also from someone who did this last fight i'm glad you didn't. The end is frustratingly unintuitive and i was fuming at the end of beating it.

I do not blame you for rage quitting. The master kings trial, along with climbing the towers to get to all the trials were so frustrating, that during the master kings trial, I legit slammed my controller to the ground and started cursing.
The final boss wasn't that hard, it was just so confusing because I've seen people disconnect the thing from the head of The End, but I didn't know how to until I learned I had to change targets by side dashing. Other than that, pretty good fight if I'm being honest
Yeah the trials are just... too much. Checkpoints really could have been useful for this. I wish I could have fought the final boss as it looks seriously fun but I wasn't willing to go through all the hassle of the towers sadly. If I had more time, definitely, but I sadly don't have much time at the moment. Maybe I'll try it again someday but 100% will be on easy mode lmao. Congrats on beating it!
@@tarasdiary Pro tip for the master kings trial, since it requires you to perfect parry, you won't be able to hold it down infinitely like normal. But since it's difficult in master kings trial, set difficulty to easy, that should allow the parry to last for 3 seconds, which is plenty of time to counter the titans attacks. Speaking of, make sure the quick cyloop bar is filled and use that in the fights, it saves time and rings. Except for wyvern, only use it during the first half not the second.

Yes!
Just to get past the Master Kings Trial I put the game on easy mode and spammed stomp to deal as much damage as possible and parrying all attacks till the next phase of the boss and then repeat finished the trial with about 90 rings remaining
Did Wyvern bug out for you?
He did for me and the game took a massive chunk of health from him when he fixed himself

This DLC probably has the same difficulty as sonic unleashed
For me the DLC is worse, Sonic Unleashed was bearable to go through
@@tarasdiary Sonic unleashed also had DLC that is unfair difficulty it just adds few very difficult levels to the game

Was it the platforms or the boss rush?
Platforms 100% - I didn't have chance to fight the bosses cause the platforms triggered me that bad
@@tarasdiary yeah the boss rush is harder, the guy who does EWW sonic games has about 12 hours of the dlc because of the boss rush
