Should've used the pork stock you got from tenderizing the meat instead of using artificial flavoring (knorr pork cubes). If you wanted to remove the scum, then skimming could've done the job. You wasted a lot of flavor in the stock.

This recipe is good! It's better than your other recipe with the Banana blossoms. Used 1kg of Pata then halved everything else. I also used a pressure cooker for 30 mins., in place of the 60-minute boil. Using a chunky PB is nice if you like nibbling on peanut bits.
