That was really informative! I’m really learning a lot from your channel. I still haven’t pulled the trigger on an OMP M2 but I’m leaning towards it. 230 flights before a problem speaks volumes to the quality of the bird. I also really like the way it’s put together. It just seems like it’s well thought out. I still need some tips on making sure I get the right satellite that will work with my DX-8. You’ve told me before but it seems like there are more options than what I’m sure about when I go to buy one. I’ve got a lot to learn on the right radio stuff for sure LOL! Thanks Bro for the quality vids!!!
My whole goal is to be as informative as I can and teach as much as I can/show as many tricks as I can. If you have not purchased the M2 yet I highly highly highly recommend it. I am not sponsored paid or anything of course that is just my personal opinion through the experience and the hundreds of flights that I have gotten between all three of my OMP models. It is extremely well thought out engineered and quality! I have never in my life I’ve seen a helicopter that is so well engineered and bought out is incredibly well as they are. They really thought about repairs and maintenance and made it as simple as they possibly could! As far as the satellite that you need, any DSMX or DSM2 satellite will work but if you don’t have one with a bind button you will need a separate RX to bind. I can send you a link for one that works great and it’s under $20!
I remember thinking ,sense they made the other parts on the copter so good ,why didn't they make better arms ? Then I though duh! They made them like that to break so it doesn't hurt the more pricey parts
Thanks for replying. B4 I asked you I rang where I bought from and they told me it's a stability system and not to adjust. There said once in the air the swash levels, it's only tilted when on the ground not rotors spinning. I was told to ignore it. But I can not tell if it does not tilt when in the air being a novice. I did not think this was right so asked you.
I am feeling like I am crazy. Something broke on my heli I took a picture and sent it to RCBUDDY. They said it was the servo swing arm. I bought a pack of new ones. I am watching this video and it is as clear as day how to fix it...however they only sent me the arm. there are no screws to attach it to the heli. It could not be you have to pay separately for the screws??????????
That’s what you want! They are specifically designed to break away. That saves your gear train of the servo and other damage. If you make the circle horn stronger you will destroy servo gear set.
@@215cyclone No can’t say that I have, but I have seen it before and usually it’s some thing inside the motor. Sometimes a little piece of plastic or something can fall in there or it’s a bad winding of the motor.
Great video. Needed to follow along to this today after a crash. Thank you for sharing!
@@shabo857 thank you for watching! I’m glad the video was helpful!
perfect video, probably the best and most clear on how to reset servo
Thank you! I try and make these videos as useful as possible!
Simply great. I really love to learn from those kind of videos from you. Excellent service. Keep it up 🤗
Thank you for watching! I’m glad I can teach you something! My whole goal! Try to spread the knowledge I have with others. So glad these videos help!
The M2 is a perfectly designed heli IMHO. Such a fabulous machine!
If that M5 rumor is true, and if OMP can see this, HURRY up please!!!
110% the best helicopter ever made! I cannot wait for the M5! Yes please OMP hurry up lol

Very nice!
Thank you!

Remember something has to break! If the arm doesn’t break the servo does breakaway arms are super smart and a great idea

Witch screw are talking about? The screw to hold the arm to the servo? If so normally those are sold with the servo. Where did the original one go?
@@westhobbiesrc8051 Yes, it was not sold with the servo. just the servo. I assume it must have landed in the grass when it crashed. Ugh!
Does anyone make a upgraded servo arm for the M2 ? The stock ones will break on slightest tipover !

@@westhobbiesrc8051 I see your point, but It’s metal gear servos. I recently got a M2, and was surprised even a hard landing broke a arm !
@@215cyclone metal gears mean nothing lol they will still break or bend teeth. What’s better a $3 servo horn set or $30 servo?
@@westhobbiesrc8051 Ok. My issue now is it sometimes “cogs” on spool up. Or won’t spin at all unless nudged. Ever had that ?
