    Very helpful safety video and advise, I was planning on buying a foam dumbbell but it won't be a good idea as I am a beginner, exercising in deep water. Thanks for the information. I might go for a noodle.

      I have a guide on deep water coming out soon. For deep water, probably best to use a noodle or gloves or a combination until you build up your endurance and perfect your form. Just remember that you don't even need equipment in your hands to get an effective workout, too.
