The lines on the side can't be that precise, can they? Water is constantly falling from the dropper. So, if you want to get the target volumes correct, you should probably use a regular kettle with a much faster pour speed to get as close as possible to the intended volume
Yes, using a normal kettle would be more advisable to pour water more quickly. there is a delay though when it starts dripping so in reality you can actually use it without a scale with a very small margin of error. Its actually really impressive! As an adventure cyclist, you normally prepare everything with a backup. The water dropper is instantly a really good backup in itself if you suddenly lose or break your scale outdoors. :)
1:39 I just received mine. Yup, kinda disappointed with the product design. It wasn't designed to be modular with B75 as it should. Unlike Hario v60 drip assist
yes i will be doing a comparison of it, maybe not blind yet but i will be doing a comparison video of the one brewed with the water dropper and one brewed without.
If you fill it to the 200ml mark, how long does it take to finish dripping? 3:37
You know what i havent really tried doing that because i never do just one single pour, ill make another video about it.

Can you put it on normal v60 for slow agitation pourings? or it doesn't fit
Yes you can use it on a v60 too
사용 할 수 있으나 구경이 달라서 수평을 맞추기 어렵습니다. (사실상 잘 맞지 않습니다. water dropper 85mm, V01-95mm V02-116mm )
@@jethro5440 thank you for your reply and measurements, this is awesome!
How about a content on what coffee equipment you will bring on an outdoor adventure?
I actually have that too! I always go for a bike ride and have i have an outdoor set that i always use. Maybe i should do another episode on it :)
It's not a standalone product. It's just the top piece of the Timemore 123 go.
@@SuperSecretJohn but i bought it on its own.
@@darylbuenocoffee Right, but it helps explain the odd design because it was designed for a different product and then repurposed.
@@SuperSecretJohn got it, now i understand why it has that shape, thank you for clarifying :)
Can you use this for hario switch 02 or v60-01? Thanks
yes! I will eventually do a crossover of the dripping asists devices to other drippers :)
@@darylbuenocoffee another content to look forward again! Ure so underrated sir, hoping to see ur community grow!

Yea i think it was really of the flaws of this product, but it think its negligible for its performance
Please, do a blind comparison!
