I usually mention some of my virtues and commensurate that to job description, instead of my qualifications and experience which is already there in my resume.
That’s also a great way of introducing yourself. Personally, I leave virtues till later in the interview when I get into specific projects or achievements. Either way is fine👍

Align =coincide ?
They can be synonyms but it depends on context. ‘Coincide’ is often used for events or times, so ‘align’ is better for today’s context of matching philosophy or ideas.
