What an amazing study! As the Lord writes His law upon our hearts by His Spirit under the new covenant, this would certainly testify to the fact of the significance of His law as given to Moses on the Mount under the old covenant. It is the exact same law which was in existence before the world began. Another fact which proves that the Lord never changes, but is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Therefore, His law has never changed. It is man who changes what God has made eternal to suit his own way of thinking. Just last week I was studying The Book of Jubilees through YT channel Parable of The Vineyard and that was the first time I got to know that the stones were sapphire, and here it is again😃 So exciting! Book of Jubilees Chapter 1 verse 2 Elohim spoke to Mosheh (Moses) and said, “Come up to Me, on the mount and I will give you two SAPPHIRE stones of the Torah and of the commandments, which I have written that you may teach them”.

Concerning what was written on our hearts "“He will not be disheartened or crushed Until He has established justice in the earth; And the coastlands will wait expectantly for His law.” “I am the Lord, I have called You in righteousness, I will also hold You by the hand and watch over You, And I will appoint You as a covenant to the people, As a light to the nations," Isaiah 42:4,6 This translation of Isaiah 42:4 and the Lxx translation (as quoted by Matthew 12:21) shed some light as what was meant in 1 John 3:23. “And in His name the Gentiles will hope.” as a translation to "And the coastlands will wait expectantly for His law.” Isaiah 42:4 (One English from Masoretic and English from Lxx) "and whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight. This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us. The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us." 1 john 3:22-24 This translation was likely through greek or hebrew Idiom. But reference to believing upon the name of Christ is heavily used in the NT. His law is given in John 13:34 and is built upon in his teachings (especially sermon on the mount and parables). "Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh." Wow, this just brought the 10 commandments received by Moses into a much deeper perspective for me. God gave the commandments to Moses, who came down from the mountain and broke them out of anger. He knew what God told him, he knew the 10 commandments, why just not grab another piece of rock, chisel it out with his hammer and voilà, he don't need to walk up that mountain again. No, God wrote the 10 commandments. If it was just a normal piece of rock, the children of Israel would not have believed Moses that the 10 commandments came from God, as anyone could have chiseled it out of normal rock. But to chisel something out of sapphire was impossible then, and is even very difficult now. One wrong wack and it would break, proofing to Israel that the 10 commandments must have come from God!

This is a wonderful revelation praise God for this teaching! I have heard that remembering the Sabbath day is no longer relevant but I believe that it is still required because that would make it nine commandments instead of ten. How do we reconcile this? I truly want to walk in obedience. The Messiah said that He is Lord of the Sabbath does this mean that we rest in Him? I would love to see a biblical study on this. I thank God for your love and devotion for His Word. I pray that we will continue to grow in the body of our Lord and be filled with His Holy Spirit each and everyday. I am blessed by this bible study. had one question to understand clearly. you said God never trusted anyone to write the 10 commandments and he wrote it himself. could you help me understand about this verse “So he(moses) was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights. He neither ate bread nor drank water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.” Exodus 34:28 didn’t moses write the 10 commandment second time on the tablets?
Despite the wording Exodus 34:28, Moses [did not write] on the second set of tablets. The word [he] in verse 28 is [He] the LORD. Contrast Exodus 34:28 (the last verse in the chapter) with Exodus 34:1 (the first verse in the chapter). Exodus 34:1 (NASB) Now the LORD said to Moses, "Cut out for yourself two stone tablets like the former ones, and I will write on the tablets the words that were on the former tablets which you shattered. Also, compare Deuteronomy 10:1-5. These verses emphasize that the LORD wrote on the second set of tablets. Deuteronomy 10:1-5 (NASB) "At that time the LORD said to me, 'Cut out for yourself two tablets of stone like the former ones, and come up to Me on the mountain, and make an ark of wood for yourself. 2 'I will write on the tablets the words that were on the former tablets which you shattered, and you shall put them in the ark.' 3 "So I made an ark of acacia wood and cut out two tablets of stone like the former ones, and went up on the mountain with the two tablets in my hand. 4 "He wrote on the tablets, like the former writing, the Ten Commandments which the LORD had spoken to you on the mountain from the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly; and the LORD gave them to me. 5 "Then I turned and came down from the mountain and put the tablets in the ark which I had made; and there they are, as the LORD commanded me." Moses went up to "The Mountain" and received" THE WORD OF GOD." and received The Word Of GOD. Who Is The MOUNTAIN? Who Is THE WORD? Who did not receive It? .
Have you ever thought as to whether the two tablets in which God wrote the 10 Commandments actually showed 5 commandments each? Doesn’t it make more sense that the first tablet would show the first three commandments, and the second tablet would show the seven remaining Commandments. The first three commandments represent the Commandments we owe directly to God. The second tablet shows the Commandments we owe to each other. Thus, when Jesus says that the whole law can be summarized into two commandments, (1) love God above all things and (2) love man as if it were yourself, that law is found in the tablet separation of these Commandments. Also, the three Commandments in the first tablet secretly reveal the Triune nature of God. The seven commandments in the second tablet suggests creation, the unity of creation (man) and God. I haven’t looked into this yet but I am curious as to whether there is any support for this position.
Thanks for your comment. We’re not exactly sure which commandments were written on which sides. However, we know that there was writing on both sides. Exodus 32:15 (NASB) 15 Then Moses turned and went down from the mountain with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand, tablets which were written on both sides; they were written on one side and the other. However, the first four commandments point to our love for God. 1) no other gods; 2) no idols; 3 ) don’t take LORD’s name in vain; 4) remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. Keeping the Sabbath is demonstrating our love towards God, not towards man. The next six commandments point to our love for man. In our Revelation 13 video (to be posted later this month), we demonstrate the importance that first four commandments point to our love towards God and how the beast of Revelation 13 will attack those first four commandments at the time of the end. Given the four/six split, it’s possible that on one tablet there were two commandments on each side and on the other tablet there were three commandments on each side. That configuration would seem to be mathematically symmetrical, however, we really don’t know. One of the primary goals of this study was to show what a deep Bible study looks like. It was to point out that the Ten commandment tablets were made of blue sapphire stone, came directly from the throne of God, and are eternal (among many other truths in the study). We also know that the law was transferred from tables of stone to our hearts. Both written by the finger of God. This study goes even deeper in part 3 and points to a most amazing truth about Jesus Christ Himself. Thanks again for watching our video and your comment!
Angels in the Glen Thanks for your comment. Let me push back. I have found over the years that God is very, very multi-dimensional in everything that He does. I cannot believe that the 4/6 split in the commandment is correct, particularly when it has no meaning. The 4/6 splits is reflected in Jewish Talmud, certain reformed Christians, Septuagint, Orthodox Christians, and Philo. The 3/7 split is reflected by Lutherans, Samaritan Pentateuch, Augustine, and Catholics. I favor the 3/7 split as I think this split is very meaningful, as described above in my first comment, and more consistent with what I have learned is God’s nature. My feeling in searching for God and His mysteries is that God is asking us to find him in the mist of the noise we have today as well as the noise of the past, as reflected in the many mistranslations, distortions, and political influences of history and traditions. God leaves with many clues. Godspeed.

Again, our purpose of this study was to show what a deep Bible study looks like. Thanks for watching our video. Great question. What's going on here? Given that the scripture says that they saw God, what could they have seen? Let’s examine another scripture for context. For example, in Exodus 33:20-23, Moses is told that he cannot see God’s face or God Himself and live. However, God allowed Moses to see His back in verse 23. Another clue is that earlier in Exodus 3, Moses is speaking with God at the burning bush. Even though God was calling to Moses from the midst of the bush, it must have been something that Moses could evidently see. Obviously God’s great glory was shrouded and greatly diminished to that of a burning bush so that Moses could approach (albeit in a holy way without his sandals) and still live. However in Exodus 3:7, Moses hid his face for he was afraid to look at God. Most likely, in Exodus 24, God must have shielded His great glory in a similar fashion. It might have been that the sapphire stone served that exact purpose. Imagine a clear sapphire stone that God is standing on. As Exodus 24:10 indicates, they saw the God of Israel; and under His feet there appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, as clear as the sky itself. If Moses and the elders are climbing the mountain, which as we have demonstrated in the video is God’s sanctuary/ dwelling place, they are in a position on the mountain equivalent to the Holy Place. Since we know Moses was instructed to build a tabernacle in the pattern shown him on the mountain, we can likely surmise that there was a barrier like the veil between the holy and most holy place. Even in the sanctuary, the glory of God was both shrouded by the veil as well as the pillar of cloud/cloud of incense. However, in this situation, it could be that Moses and the elders were looking up (since they were climbing) and the pavement of sapphire was above them and God was standing on the clear sapphire. Try to imagine look up at someone standing above you in a glass ceiling. You can obviously see them through the glass. However, in this instance, the clear sapphire blue color must have diminished God’s glory sufficient to see His feet and some portion of His glory. Whatever they exactly saw, we can’t be for certain, however, we hope you have enjoyed the discoveries of the sanctuary pattern and the color of the Ten Commandments. We point out a greater truth in part 3 of our video. And later in the series come back to this study as it will be an end-time issue, i.e., the law of God. Thanks again for watching our video.

This is a wonderful revelation praise God for this teaching! I have heard that remembering the Sabbath day is no longer relevant but I believe that it is still required because that would make it nine commandments instead of ten. How do we reconcile this? I truly want to walk in obedience. The Messiah said that He is Lord of the Sabbath does this mean that we rest in Him? I would love to see a biblical study on this. I thank God for your love and devotion for His Word. I pray that we will continue to grow in the body of our Lord and be filled with His Holy Spirit each and everyday. All praises tho the Most High God! Amen

I am blessed by this bible study. had one question to understand clearly. you said God never trusted anyone to write the 10 commandments and he wrote it himself. could you help me understand about this verse “So he(moses) was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights. He neither ate bread nor drank water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.”

Despite the wording Exodus 34:28, Moses [did not write] on the second set of tablets. The word [he] in verse 28 is [He] the LORD. Contrast Exodus 34:28 (the last verse in the chapter) with Exodus 34:1 (the first verse in the chapter).
Exodus 34:1 (NASB) Now the LORD said to Moses, "Cut out for yourself two stone tablets like the former ones, and I will write on the tablets the words that were on the former tablets which you shattered.
Also, compare Deuteronomy 10:1-5. These verses emphasize that the LORD wrote on the second set of tablets.
Deuteronomy 10:1-5 (NASB) "At that time the LORD said to me, 'Cut out for yourself two tablets of stone like the former ones, and come up to Me on the mountain, and make an ark of wood for yourself. 2 'I will write on the tablets the words that were on the former tablets which you shattered, and you shall put them in the ark.' 3 "So I made an ark of acacia wood and cut out two tablets of stone like the former ones, and went up on the mountain with the two tablets in my hand. 4 "He wrote on the tablets, like the former writing, the Ten Commandments which the LORD had spoken to you on the mountain from the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly; and the LORD gave them to me. 5 "Then I turned and came down from the mountain and put the tablets in the ark which I had made; and there they are, as the LORD commanded me."

Moses went up to "The Mountain" and received" THE WORD OF GOD." and received The Word Of GOD. Who Is The MOUNTAIN? Who Is THE WORD? Who did not receive It? .
Have you ever thought as to whether the two tablets in which God wrote the 10 Commandments actually showed 5 commandments each?
Doesn’t it make more sense that the first tablet would show the first three commandments, and the second tablet would show the seven remaining Commandments.
The first three commandments represent the Commandments we owe directly to God.
The second tablet shows the Commandments we owe to each other.
Thus, when Jesus says that the whole law can be summarized into two commandments, (1) love God above all things and (2) love man as if it were yourself, that law is found in the tablet separation of these Commandments.
Also, the three Commandments in the first tablet secretly reveal the Triune nature of God. The seven commandments in the second tablet suggests creation, the unity of creation (man) and God.
I haven’t looked into this yet but I am curious as to whether there is any support for this position.
Thanks for your comment. We’re not exactly sure which commandments were written on which sides. However, we know that there was writing on both sides. Exodus 32:15 (NASB) 15 Then Moses turned and went down from the mountain with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand, tablets which were written on both sides; they were written on one side and the other.
However, the first four commandments point to our love for God. 1) no other gods; 2) no idols; 3 ) don’t take LORD’s name in vain; 4) remember the Sabbath and keep it holy. Keeping the Sabbath is demonstrating our love towards God, not towards man. The next six commandments point to our love for man. In our Revelation 13 video (to be posted later this month), we demonstrate the importance that first four commandments point to our love towards God and how the beast of Revelation 13 will attack those first four commandments at the time of the end.
Given the four/six split, it’s possible that on one tablet there were two commandments on each side and on the other tablet there were three commandments on each side. That configuration would seem to be mathematically symmetrical, however, we really don’t know.
One of the primary goals of this study was to show what a deep Bible study looks like. It was to point out that the Ten commandment tablets were made of blue sapphire stone, came directly from the throne of God, and are eternal (among many other truths in the study). We also know that the law was transferred from tables of stone to our hearts. Both written by the finger of God. This study goes even deeper in part 3 and points to a most amazing truth about Jesus Christ Himself.

Angels in the Glen Thanks for your comment. Let me push back. I have found over the years that God is very, very multi-dimensional in everything that He does. I cannot believe that the 4/6 split in the commandment is correct, particularly when it has no meaning.
The 4/6 splits is reflected in Jewish Talmud, certain reformed Christians, Septuagint, Orthodox Christians, and Philo. The 3/7 split is reflected by Lutherans, Samaritan Pentateuch, Augustine, and Catholics. I favor the 3/7 split as I think this split is very meaningful, as described above in my first comment, and more consistent with what I have learned is God’s nature.
My feeling in searching for God and His mysteries is that God is asking us to find him in the mist of the noise we have today as well as the noise of the past, as reflected in the many mistranslations, distortions, and political influences of history and traditions. God leaves with many clues. Godspeed.

Again, our purpose of this study was to show what a deep Bible study looks like. The study was to show that God's Ten Commandments were written on tablets of blue sapphire stone and came from the eternal throne of God. Part 3 of this study is an even more amazing truth about Jesus Christ Himself. We believe Part 3 of the Blue Stone study is the most important topic for the Church as we enter end times. So should I conclude that_ God can be seen?. How did these people see God?.

What's going on here?
Given that the scripture says that they saw God, what could they have seen?
Let’s examine another scripture for context. For example, in Exodus 33:20-23, Moses is told that he cannot see God’s face or God Himself and live. However, God allowed Moses to see His back in verse 23.
Another clue is that earlier in Exodus 3, Moses is speaking with God at the burning bush. Even though God was calling to Moses from the midst of the bush, it must have been something that Moses could evidently see. Obviously God’s great glory was shrouded and greatly diminished to that of a burning bush so that Moses could approach (albeit in a holy way without his sandals) and still live. However in Exodus 3:7, Moses hid his face for he was afraid to look at God.
Most likely, in Exodus 24, God must have shielded His great glory in a similar fashion. It might have been that the sapphire stone served that exact purpose. Imagine a clear sapphire stone that God is standing on. As Exodus 24:10 indicates, they saw the God of Israel; and under His feet there appeared to be a pavement of sapphire, as clear as the sky itself. If Moses and the elders are climbing the mountain, which as we have demonstrated in the video is God’s sanctuary/ dwelling place, they are in a position on the mountain equivalent to the Holy Place. Since we know Moses was instructed to build a tabernacle in the pattern shown him on the mountain, we can likely surmise that there was a barrier like the veil between the holy and most holy place. Even in the sanctuary, the glory of God was both shrouded by the veil as well as the pillar of cloud/cloud of incense. However, in this situation, it could be that Moses and the elders were looking up (since they were climbing) and the pavement of sapphire was above them and God was standing on the clear sapphire. Try to imagine look up at someone standing above you in a glass ceiling. You can obviously see them through the glass. However, in this instance, the clear sapphire blue color must have diminished God’s glory sufficient to see His feet and some portion of His glory.
Whatever they exactly saw, we can’t be for certain, however, we hope you have enjoyed the discoveries of the sanctuary pattern and the color of the Ten Commandments. We point out a greater truth in part 3 of our video. And later in the series come back to this study as it will be an end-time issue, i.e., the law of God.
