There’s a lot of scammers, again I will never ask for money nor do I have telegram. It’s getting hard to keep up with all the emails I’m getting. don’t get scammed!! 😢
That's a pretty good deal for $20! The gravel is indeed for making the model more realistic. Using a clear-drying matte glue and taking a look at some reference images of destroyed buildings to get the distribution accurate would make it look very nice. Weathering is the most fun part of any diorama lol!
Paul from NB Canada. Never say you "can't" do something!!! You never grow as a person until you try new things. I have been a modeller for decades but just past week built my FIRST Gundam! Take care
Thanks for the review/build of this. I always kinda wanted to add a wrecked building in the background of some of my models, but when I searched the ones I found were expensive.
I grabbed the Tomytec 'demolition A' tall building from Amazon back in 2021 and wished that I would've bought more of them! Tomytec truly has an awesome line of destroyed buildings and regular ones as well!
Dioramas are my favorite. When we went to Odaiba, Tokyo to see the Gundam Unicorn they have a diorama of that same Gundam with the mall behind, a diaorama of the diorama. Btw Looking gorgeous by the day.
I like the kit. Looks very realistic. And not too hard to put together. Actually seem therapeutic just watching it all come together and the size comparison. Nice job, Meli.
Just saying dude, as a guy who builds Dios, they're a skill, sure, but they're FAR less difficult then they look. I can build a dio at 1:12 skill faster than I can panel line a 1:12 scale kit. The first couple take time, but by your third or fourth piece, you learn the tools and the tricks, and the painting is gloriously forgiving. Just ro jump start you, a ton of terrain makers do through a progress called "black bombing" when they base coat everything in black primer before painting. Brown bomb terrain instead, use a burnt umber rather than black and you can skip an entire painting step next.
melissa!!! glad ur alive!!😉😊✌ yeah i looked at ur site..the pillow seems interesting..🤔 and..busy.? the m word maybe?!?😉 since u dont keep in touch with us..u really need to do.more vids..please!🙏🤞🤞🙂🙂💝💛🤍💛🤎💛
Great video i wasnt aware of these either its make a great base for a diorama do a little tweaking and get creative with it this can be really fun thank you meli
Dioramas take a lot of artistic talent and practice to make them look really good. Always impressed at some of the ones that I have seen that were done from scratch and done well.
You can put the grit on a couple of ways, where you want it. I think the best way would be to sprinkle or pile it where you want it, then spray it with watered down pva glue and isopropyl alcohol (separately). The alcohol breaks the surface tension of the glue and lets it seep all through out the grit. Then let it dry and blow off the excess.
Tomytec has highly detailed 1/150 cars and buildings aimed towards N scale model railroading which I'd guess this is derived from. For people who hate painting these its a great time-saver although somewhat toylike.
Looks really good. Maybe a little extra weathering and some more debris would really make it pop, but overall nice starting base. Thanks for the review
Try checking out geek gaming scenics . He builds amazing table top dioramas, using foam and bits of buildings etc. I reckon you could put something together for the high grades. You could also check out what people use when build model railways.
You can use it as small debris next and on the bigger debris. Woodglue aka white glue is good. It turns clear. Also, the fine cement isnt as good as regular cement for this kind
If you want to add more detail check out Night Shift for some in depth step by step workflow demonstrations while he creates amazing terrain and dioramas (mostly for tanks but I picked up some techniques for gunpla as well). The materials he uses are easy to get in any hobby store.
I'm guessing you had to catch up with real life stuff like the whole job thing which pays the bills. As for the diorama, it looked good for the cost. For those who play table top role playing games or miniature games, such things are quite common to see and use. There are even some games which lets you "build" your own landscapes. In those set ups, there are often times rules governing the diorama and character interaction. For you, it would probably be fun to play around with when it comes to your photography. I would think some of your hobby\craft stores or maybe gaming stores would have more for you to buy. You may even have fun digging out your old toys from childhood and putting them in the diorama to get a better feel for the scale.
There's a weird dynamic going on there, like it appears to be about right scale wise but I can't help but feel it looks small. Moreso in width than height, but height too. I'm not sold 100% on dios anyways, despite that I make them. 😂 they eat up shelf space something fierce, and for every firm of model or figure collector, shelf space is a premium. Especially for detolf owners, I can't help but think a simple vinyl background print could be tacked up on the real wall, still let light through, but be cost and space effective to jazz up your display and give the figures an environment to be set in.
Nice looking Diorama. The powder is for the dust affect. So you use Mod Podge, spread some around the area you want the dust to be at and maybe some black wash to hight light some of the areas, and dry brush some concrete might enhance the model..here's a link of one of my gundam Dioramas I have done.ua-cam.com/video/Zkv65pE05XE/v-deo.htmlsi=18LvW8H3AvFmjrQd
Doesn't seem to fit together correctly for me. Vastly too expensive for the quality of engineering. The gravel can be applied with spray adhesive or my preferred mix of half water and half white glue, with a little dish detergent. This I find similar to Woodland Scenics Scenic Glue. You'd be amazed how many of their products turn out to be some variation on a theme of "white glue".

Gentlemen of culture WELCOME BACK 🥃🥃🥃 CHEERS TO MELI CHEERS TO ALL OF YOU
Damn, looking good without glasses.
This is the way
🍻Cheers
Cringe
Here, here 🍻
For the gravel...use some pva-glue on the base somewhere and sprinkle it on, let dry and that way you add texture to the diorama.
New discoveries are a big part of the joy of model building. Looks like you found something new. Congratulations.

I have wanted to give making a small diorama a try for a while. Tomytec has a huge amount of small buildings that can be used as well
The kit looks great. Good video, especially while you were building it.
I always love diorama pieces to add some flavour to your figure set up
I've seen a few Diorama kits, but they are much more expensive. But they do add a lot to a display shelf.
Wow this pre-painted diorama is something I haven't seen in a while. Love this damaged building model.

It's cool Meli senpai. Life happens we all get busy etc but good to see you again ❤❤❤
The beauty is back
Looks great, all it needs is matching weathered aged rusted battle damaged Mobile Suits imho.
melissa!!! glad ur alive!!😉😊✌
yeah i looked at ur site..the pillow seems interesting..🤔

can't wait to see how your diorama comes together that is in your mind!!!
Dioramas take a lot of artistic talent and practice to make them look really good. Always impressed at some of the ones that I have seen that were done from scratch and done well.
Wow looks amazing! Meli you look gorgeous without glasses!
Looks cool. Like the way it connects on the inside. A little extra paint and maybe some glue would really make it nice. 👍🏼
Wow welcone back idol meli, you look so pretty 😍😍😍
ILove this channel. You always show us the coolest stuff

Scammer just tried it, thanks for getting back to me so quickly @gunplameli !
YES....For HG..awesome. ...LOVE THAT
So are you going to start getting into articulated toy photography? I'd love to see what type of ideas you would come up with.
Yeeeeesass...a meli upload? Count me excited
Bandai also made building diorama sets in their 30 Minutes Missions line which are 1/144 scale.
Tomytec has highly detailed 1/150 cars and buildings aimed towards N scale model railroading which I'd guess this is derived from. For people who hate painting these its a great time-saver although somewhat toylike.
I would have to agree that for the price this particular item is great!
Now that’s. A pretty cool new build. 🤝
Looks pretty decent, I wish the ledges were a bit deeper so I could also use it for wargamming. For $20 worth it
For 20 bucks, it looks pretty good.
Definitely a good buy👍👍
With glasses your a 10 without you are a 12. Beautiful as always gunpla meli!
Topless, She's 100+!
Looks really good. Maybe a little extra weathering and some more debris would really make it pop, but overall nice starting base. Thanks for the review
Thanks for the tips!
All you need now is a Leonerd Cohen with his guitar, mini.
Try checking out geek gaming scenics . He builds amazing table top dioramas, using foam and bits of buildings etc. I reckon you could put something together for the high grades. You could also check out what people use when build model railways.
I dig it, especially for the price! I'd probably repaint it and then weather it, personally, but even as is that's a great little set for ~$20.
You look so different without your glasses. It reveals how beautiful your eyes are. Sorry if it sounds cliche.
I really like this kind of video. Specially because I'm always in doubt if it scales for 1/100, 1/144, etc. Ty \o
great to see you again, nah normally I don't like dioramas, I prefer an action base helping me to pose the Gundam, that works better for me
Hello Meli and notification peeps
Yess queen go off!!
look so good without glasses
Great video Meli!A lot of detail!
Interesting! Was there something in 1/12 scale...not exactly buildings dio, but other setups?
if it was 1/100 scale I'd be interested in it as I have an idea for a diorama with an old MG Mk.II I have.
That looks super cool
Your Looking even more Beautiful & Gorgeous without your Glasses ♥️♥️👍
Thanks for the video, that’s a nice diorama
You can use it as small debris next and on the bigger debris. Woodglue aka white glue is good. It turns clear.
Also, the fine cement isnt as good as regular cement for this kind
So how long does it usually take to make a complete diorama like that?
Yes I will pick up
You could do a battle damage zaku along with that diorama.
Beautiful ❤
If you want to add more detail check out Night Shift for some in depth step by step workflow demonstrations while he creates amazing terrain and dioramas (mostly for tanks but I picked up some techniques for gunpla as well). The materials he uses are easy to get in any hobby store.
Thanks for sharing!
agree.. Im an armor modeller just getting into Gundam .. everything I have learned in making a tank, applies here :)
Great idea.

Im modelbuilding for a very long time and i wished i could do weathering and dioramas. I think its a skill if you dont have it in you ...
Well have you tried or attempted to learn?
I love Gundam ohh yes
ガンプラ好きですか💕
外国人で、凄く可愛い女性が、ガンプラ好きで日本人として凄く嬉しいです👍💕💕
I liked it. Id use it with my GODZILLA King of the Monsters 1954 model.
As a pure man.. i click this..
I think Krowsama uses those in his reviews sometimes.
It looks great
She always looks so different without her glasses! I like both.
For the price, not bad, could use more detail, but for $20-$25... Would def repaint.

I’d prefer using XPS foam and build myself. Still a pretty decent find for $20.
9:06 ガウとホワイトベースの位置関係を測るシャア
measuring the positional relationship between Gaw and White Base
That's sooo cool!!
It took me almost the whole video before noticing that she didn't wear her usual glasses, simply just because I'm a man of culture
What Glasses?
Does look cool
I like this channel.
Hi .. meli you're beautiful also your eyes without eye glasses ..💗
Do you go to any other countries in Southeast Asia that have a great model community & do u know of any great USA locations?
Gravel adds more realism to the scene.
love it!
Honestly, for the paltry detail there is in that, you could have easily made it yourself out of card.
I wouldn't use it for Gunpla, Warhammer however it looks about the right scale, may pick it up myself and see how it compares
For $20 I don't think you can beat it
Hey there hello 😊
Nice looking Diorama.
