Clever parents as I had, they never let me go alone to church or a Sunday school.
I was a military brat as a kid and in 2002 when I was 3 the Boston globe story had just been released and my parents were looking at sending me to either a Lutheran school (where I ended up going) or a Catholic school for preschool and my dad told my mom he wouldn’t let me go to a Catholic school where I could possibly be abused, thankfully I went to a good school and I never had to go through what these people went through

Sickening. The very people you trust and love do horrible things to you. My own father was sexually abusing my six sisters right under my mother's nose. She had to have known, but didn't want to lose her breadwinner. I was the seventh and last girl born and I came out with a bullhorn. By that I mean that I had a habit of just blurting out things I would see, at the dinner table, anywhere I felt like it. I'm positive that my father never sexually abused me because of that inclination to blurt stuff out when visitors were there and other times. I'm still a very loud voice when something isn't right. My poor sisters had to deal with that monster for decades and keep his secret. Disgusting man. Hope he's in hell now.

From age 6-12 I was abused hundreds of time by 3 different priest .

Thank God I leave Catholic Church 16 years ago. I just cant feel the inner peace in that religion. I dont believe Jesus is a God or Jesus is the Son of God. i believe Jesus is the Son of Mary and God is the Creator of Jesus. There is an endemic problem of abuse in the Orthodox Jewish community, and in the religious Muslim community at this very moment but if we were to go by the mainstream media one would think that this is an issue exclusively affecting the Catholic church. This tells me that either there is an anti-Catholic biased in the mainstream media or that the media does not care at all about the welfare of Jewish and Muslim children who are being abused.

I’m agnostic but I think a lot of this is more to do with people being evil and abusing power. Religions seems to do good for some people in their own lives and that’s a choice they make, much like me the choice these monsters made.
