    Also thank you for not choosing one of those weird & unpleasant AI narrating voices. This one better than most.

      Thanks for the kind words! We completely understand where you’re coming from, there are so many AI voices out there, and some aren’t exactly pleasant. We tried a bunch before finding this one, so we’re really glad you like it

    This is absolutely the best Xel Ha review video on UA-cam. Your videos are so clean and detailed. While I normally don’t like AI-style voiceovers, this was actually really beneficial because the sound quality is so high! Great work guys, I look forward to seeing more videos like these. We’re about to watch the rest of your channel right now

    Does the transportation included drop you off at exactly when the park opens? Or was drop off later than 8:30 AM?

    • @tacostravel
      @tacostravel  9 місяців тому +1

      Transportation arrival times can vary depending on traffic on the day of your visit. On one occasion, we arrived around 9 a.m., and another time right at 8:30 a.m. However, keep in mind that the park's restaurants don't start serving breakfast until 9:30 a.m., and some of the locker rooms are also closed until then. The earlier arrival meant we had to wait for the locker rooms to open, which was not ideal since we couldn't change clothes or store our belongings and start exploring the park. Hope that helps.

      @tacostravel another question I will be at royal sands in hotel zone.. for pick up..the time..well I think this is the pick up time says 07:10:00 does this mean 710am lol thank you again!

    • @tacostravel
      @tacostravel  8 місяців тому +1

      Yes, are absolutely right. If their website says the pickup time is 07:10 at your hotel, they mean 7:10 a.m. Have fun 🤙

    What is the weight limit on the zip lines?

    • @tacostravel
      @tacostravel  5 місяців тому

      They have zip bikes and zip lines that glide over the water.
      The limitations for zip bikes are as follows:
      The minimum age to participate is 10 years old, and you must be at least 4.3 ft (1.30 m) tall.
      The maximum allowed weight is 262 lbs (120 kg) and the maximum height is 6.5 ft (2 m).
      This information is from their website, so it should be accurate.
      As for the zip lines over the water, we're not exactly sure about the exact weight limit, but it should be similar to the zip bikes. One of us weighs about 220 lbs, and they let us ride it, no problem. Also nobody checked our weight there.

    How early would we need to book to do the manatee adventure?

    • @tacostravel
      @tacostravel  10 місяців тому

      When we went there, we booked our spot around lunchtime at one of the booths inside the park. There were a few free slots to choose from. However, to err on the side of caution, it would be better to book it upon your arrival at the park, you'll likely find more options available. We didn't book in advance, like days ahead, because we live here in Cancun.
