Yes, it’s definitely possible to experience all of the park’s attractions in a single visit, especially if you choose the shorter zipline route and manage your time well. The full zipline circuit usually takes the longest, once you start it, you can’t just exit halfway. If you opt for the shorter zipline circuit first, you should have enough time afterward to enjoy the other activities and even do some of them multiple times.

Xenses is probably the only park in the Xcaret family where you won’t need a life jacket at all. There simply isn’t any water deep enough to require one, so you can just relax and enjoy. 🤙

@tacostravel Thank you! Do you know how long does it take to walk from the locker to the tallest zip line? is it a long walk?

It’s not a single zip-line but a system of connected zip-lines. The circuit with the longest zip-line includes 7 sections, and you’ll need to walk up between each one to continue to the next. The entire experience takes about 1.5 hours to complete. From the lockers to the zip-line entrance, it’s a 5-7 minute walk, but most of the walking happens once you’re inside the zip-line circuit.

Yes, Xplor Park provides complimentary life jackets for its water-related activities, (such as swimming in the underground rivers and rafting) and there are plenty of lifeguards on duty to keep everyone safe. The Hammock Splash is a bit different, you’re harnessed into a mini-zipline and land in shallow water, so you typically won’t need a life jacket for that attraction. As for non-swimmers, everyone’s comfort level varies. Some are perfectly fine if they can stand in the water, while others are more hesitant. The underground rivers can feel deeper in places, but the required life jacket helps a lot, and staff members are always on hand if you need assistance. Most other water areas at Xplor tend to be on the shallower side, making them more approachable for anyone who isn’t fully confident in the water. Ultimately, your experience comes down to how comfortable you feel in a life jacket and around water. We hope this helps:)

The driest attraction in the park would be the ATVs, but even there, you’ll get at least a little wet as you drive through flooded roads and waterfalls. Both zip-line circuits also end with a splash, so staying completely dry isn’t really an option at this park. No matter how you plan your day, getting wet is part of the fun!

Technically, yes! 😊 We’d count Crocs as closed-toe water shoes too, big Crocs fans here! 🐊 However, the park does recommend avoiding "sandals or Crocs shoes that can easily fall off" (as noted on their website). Just something to keep in mind if you're planning a visit!

They have zip bikes and zip lines that glide over the water. The limitations for zip bikes are as follows: The minimum age to participate is 10 years old, and you must be at least 4.3 ft (1.30 m) tall. The maximum allowed weight is 262 lbs (120 kg) and the maximum height is 6.5 ft (2 m). This information is from their website, so it should be accurate. As for the zip lines over the water, we're not exactly sure about the exact weight limit, but it should be similar to the zip bikes. One of us weighs about 220 lbs, and they let us ride it, no problem. Also nobody checked our weight there.

Yes, it is an awesome park indeed. If you’re in the area as a tourist and don’t have much time, it’s definitely a place to go. This park is smaller compared to other Xcaret parks, but it is still fun. If you have kids, they will love it too :)

It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft, as well as adults and children who don't know how to swim, don’t participate. Both activities are done individually. The Bird Flight activity is recommended for children starting from five years old, with a minimum weight of 66 lbs (30 kg); the maximum weight allowed is 299 lbs (136 kg). Hope that helps.

Transportation arrival times can vary depending on traffic on the day of your visit. On one occasion, we arrived around 9 a.m., and another time right at 8:30 a.m. However, keep in mind that the park's restaurants don't start serving breakfast until 9:30 a.m., and some of the locker rooms are also closed until then. The earlier arrival meant we had to wait for the locker rooms to open, which was not ideal since we couldn't change clothes or store our belongings and start exploring the park. Hope that helps.

When we went there, we booked our spot around lunchtime at one of the booths inside the park. There were a few free slots to choose from. However, to err on the side of caution, it would be better to book it upon your arrival at the park, you'll likely find more options available. We didn't book in advance, like days ahead, because we live here in Cancun.
