Beaded Shadowbox Assemblage | Mixed Media, Laser Cut Box, Found Object Art

This year for my 100-Day Project, I worked on using some of the stash of things that were previously deemed "too precious" to use. I called this my #NotPreciousProject ( / notpreciousproject ) You can learn even more about it in my blog post here: www.craftyhope...
In this video, I created a shadowbox assemblage that includes altering beads, creating chains of those beads, working in fabric, and making some hard decisions about what to include in the box.

Thank you, Pattie! That one was a labor of love. I really wanted to see if I could combine so many of my "skills" - jewelry-making, laser designs, mixed media...It's such a simple thing in the end, but I love all the movement it has.

Beautiful, love the simplicity of the jar with the beads. Here in Australia we call that bit at the top of the curtains a pelmet not sure if that’s what you call it too 😊. Thank you for sharing Hope
