When he said Paul + Paul in this song, that's incorrect... It's Paul and George. You can clearly hear George's voice in the harmony.

That was John. But George always did seem to get the hardest harmonies judging from Galeazzo's videos.

The Beatles played All my loving. And in your video the refrain's backing vocal is THREE voice, but in the Beatles concert the backing vocal just TWO men( John and George). So in the concerts John sung the higher or middle or lower backing vocal?

@lessamuelson No, John did the fast strumming. George did some syncopated strumming in the live performances, but I believe there is only John's guitar on the record until George comes in with his solo.

I think the B and B7 are supposed to be reversed. The verse goes something like F#m B E C#m A F#m D B7 F#m B E C#m A B E.
So THAT is how the sausage is made. Just goes to show how much thought they put into the early stuff.
Your lessons are bonding my relationship with my bf. We are at a distance and so its hard. We both have such a love for the beatles. I love singing harmonies. We sing on a karaoke app and we have been singing them together. Im not the best singer but you have helped me so much. And my bf and i are growing closer because of it! Love this. Ty so much. Galeazzo, I have a question for you.
When you sing "... and I'll kiss YOU" What note is that YOU? I'm not really sure if it's an E or a D#. Since the guitar plays a B chord and the lead vocal sing a B note, I understand the harmony should go up to D# (to complete the chord) but I've listened to this so many times that I'm no longer sure what note is it.

Hi Gale, I'm sorry I never saw your response until today. I have a Pro Tools studio and we have completed a fairly decent version of Any Time At All in the orginal key. HOWEVER so far we have not been able to reach those high "Any time at all" parts in the very beginning of our intro and one or two places in the song. Any advice how to get there if your voice just normally won't go that high?? Thanks Al
But in hey bulldog he just sings little versers, in this song he sings all the song and doing this bass line while singing is very dificult, well, for me, it looks like mccartney doesnt have a problem jaja.
