How To Install A Reel On A Speargun (Koah Fatback)

Best tutorial I’ve seen so far, thank you! My speargun came with a shooting like that is made of rope and doesn’t have a mono. Should I buy a wire and crimp it to replace my rope shooting line? Or can I just tie a loop for a mono?

Did your gun not come right a ring that goes over the tip for your line?
