Why should it raise any questions? It is a commercial and it wasn't produced in California. It appears to have been filmed on Lake Washington in the area of Kirkland/Bellevue, WA, a location I know extremely well as I grew up there and have lived in western Washington all of my life. Did this even appear in California?
