Only missing a workout space
That balcony off the primary bath can actually be optioned for an exercise room so there..
I would flip one if those rooms upstairs into a small gym. A Tonal and a bike would work for me
@@kdm313 i’m thinking about removing the toilet from the second water closet and putting a piece of exercise equipment in there instead.
