Paying for a totally unusable back patio since the lots are postage stamp size. If the neighbors use theirs, you have to put up with noise so bad it's like they're in your house. And all that for just a few million, wow, what a steal Toll Bros subdivisions are ridiculously over crowded. I have to believe the quality of their homes match the quality of life you will have living there, and that's not a good thing.
