In 2017 I first move to Mumbai and consumed packed milk . The fat got stored under my skin like a lump in a lot of places. Stopped consuming milk from that day . On food part every thing is cooked with Palm oil or refined oil , main reason for heart attack . Now come to aata , wheat from Punjab and Haryana is used which is pure poison. Punjabi now buy wheat from MP for their own consumption. And farmers grow wheat for their consumption with low peptides. At least 3-4 types of of peptides is used for wheat and its use skyrocketed in last 10 years only , earlier only urea was used . Now comes to vegitable:- so much poison is used that it gets rotten next day . Industrial waste water is used to grow “organic healthy “ vegitable. 😹😹. Now for fruits a lot of chemicals used for more profitable early harvest. Artificial made paneer and milk made with urea is common same for sweets . I was in Gurugram in 2022. I order sweet , it turned black and started smelling very bad . Profit supersede everything in our society
