I was slandered and when I spoke out my voice was unheard. The only way I could be heard was by making a video that I put on here. I was retaliated against when I tried to speak out. Lies were told about me and rumors were spread to new workers. I was later terminated, while the man who started the rumor were coddled by the female workers and administration. Eeoc didn't help at all. I probably could get a lawyer if this place didnt have so many lawyers on their side. I had no chance of getting a lawyer.
Thank you for this... I needed this information because I want to complain about my ex employer of a pharmacy... may I add the worst pharmacist because he was rude & disrespectful all the time. He only favoured his family members who worked there, treated me so disrespectfully. I want to file a case against him for that. He told me to imagine my mum dead, and threw medicines at me, made me work over time cleaning his shop but lets his family leave sharp on time, I was never ever let go home on time, instead he waited till my shift ended to give me multiple tasks to do which would take me almost half an hour....every single shift I’m not making this up
How to complain the employer that abuses their employee? They make to work their employee more than 16hrs and still they want their employee to work again after 8hrs of rest even if it's her day off.
Our officer A ,used bad word towards to the other officer B, saying like"bulshitt have a thick face, thru our group chat. Does the complainant has the right to file a case against to the one officer who used bad word towards her?and what case that she gonna be filed? because our offficer A is so very tackless and disrespectful using badwords not just to B but to other staff
My name is issak I have a question plz I leave in Taxes my job fired me after complaining for discrimination against my raise and religion I filed a case with the EECO so my question is can go back that job if I don't have a choice I'm I going to lose my case 😭

What if you got a job. Has full time hours and benefits. But your looking for a job that’s flexible for any reason (school, family, personal etc). You negotiate hours to be a little less (amount stated) but flexible to invest in yourself and still provide for your family. If the employer breaks that pretence for an incident that was illegal and got frustrated so cut hours after stating “we are good moving forward”. Does the employee have a case? (Forced to quit due to economic issues caused by employer)
@@ArkadyItkin the employeee followed the law. Employer was not following the law telling the employee basically to do what he /she is told cause it’s against policy if they don’t BUT policy is not even written or does not state anything in writing that the employee is suppose to do X action that in any normal situation would be illegal. Employee then after meeting with HR was told “everything is fine moving forward not to worry” but started to get (false)write ups and cut hours. Which providing for his /her family was impossible. Options were basically quit or stay. Case?(the action or task being told to do was violating amendment rights)

I spoke with several attornies about racial discrimination on my job and they told me I didn't have a case. When I asked why, they mostly just told me because it wasn't discrimination. No one wanted to explain in detail why. What should I do?

It would very much depend on what the "illegal incident" was that the employer used as a pretext for terminating that employee.

What should you pay for such a consult on average?
This depends on many factors, including your industry, location, and nature of the case.
