Her most country pop song she has done is “Don’t Tell Me.”
And Crazy For You is more than a little bit C & W.
those SCREAMS though...
THAT, ladies & gentlemen, was the Power of Madonna!
Must to react madonna sooner or later live from the Oscar's 1991
Up
Babyface was already on the map and writing for several performers!
This is Madonna at her most nervous. You can see it and hear it. People tend to forget that she's human and subject to the same nerves that get us all in these huge moments.
Sooner or later Madonna Live Oscars !!! is a must! but you need full raw version.
Madonna “don’t tell me”. !!! “You’ll see”. “Live to tell”
Great reaction! Babyface was already a big star at this point and "Take a Bow" was the first time Madonna wrote/produced a song with well-known collaborator (who didn't become famous *after* working with her) since the beginning of her career. I highly recommend checking out the music video and/or her song "Don't Tell Me" from 2000, which was folk/country-influenced. I also highly recommend "Secret," "Frozen," and "Like a Prayer" (which I'm sure you've heard).
Second time. Madonna and Prince collaborated on the Like A Prayer album six years prior.
@@johngarza1614 True! Was thinking more about her regular collaborators.
Thanks for the info!
As a country person, i think you'd really enjoy "When Can I See You" by Babyface. He's been writing and producing hits for people since the 70s and has tons of Grammys as a writer, producer, and singer.
Oh, also, he worked with Olivia Newton-John on a remake of "I Honestly Love You" and Sang the hot he produced for Eric Clapton - "Change the World" with Trisha Yearwood on a CMT Crossroads episode, as well as a cover of "Take a Bow."
Great reaction! This was Madonna's biggest number 1 hit on the Hot100, staying there for 7 weeks.
Also, Madonna has a lot of pop folk/country inspired songs you should react to and give us fans your 'country guy' take.
Here's a list of all her songs I can remember of that genre:
- One More Chance
- Don't Tell Me (the best, it was a hit)
- I Deserve It
- Gone
- Oh Dear Daddy live fron the Drowned World Tour (it's actually a funny little interlude)
- Nothing Fails
- Devil Pray
And then there's her enormous catalogue, a lotta good stuff to find out. Madonna fans are very loyal, guaranteed growth for your channel!
More Madonna reactions!! ❤
So you can understand why she is the Queen of pop!
Do more Madonna
CIAO MADONNA And babyface also dueted in 1995's Forbidden Love
Yea,, Babyface was a well known R&B superstar and very much sought after songwriter and producer. Who wrote for many many many artist including Toni Braxton, TLC and Whitney Houston 😊
Queen of the 80's
Another great and cool song from this album is Madonna's single SECRET.
I wish they would collaborate again. This was from her sixth album (R&B) "Bedtime Stories." According to Wikipedia, she heard "the basic beat and chords of this song" and fleshed it out with soulful lyric, etc. Madonna has a great instinct when it comes to collaborating with certain producers, and it really paid off! This song was at the top of the charts for seven weeks straight. The official video is beautiful. There is a part II to this video featuring the song "You'll See," which is just as beautiful and soulful. Madonna ballads are fan favorites because of the emotional delivery and thoughtful lyrics.
G'day it's Steven from Down Under
The music video is like a short story and there's a follow-up music video called You'll See.
All hail the Queen of Pop!
Madonna had Babyface produce this song because he was already on the map
I would suggest doing a Madonna deep dive, starting from the first song up until now, it’s really the only way to truly appreciate the artistry and phenomenal growth as a writer, producer, singer and live performer she has become. Plus, she is the only female Artist to have delved into almost every musical genre and succeeded, to become the best selling female recording artist of all time, with 400million records sold.😊
Also, I find it odd that you only gave your opinion on Baby Face and said nothing about Madonna’s vocal performance????
Madonna has a lot of very country sounding songs especially among her ballads.
When can I see you again - Babyface
Check out Baby Face's "Everytime I Close My Eyes", that song was also with Kenny G's sax.
Madonna & Babyface-Forbidden Love, please next
Go ahead and discover more MADONNA
I suggest Babyface - Never Keeping Secrets ❤❤
Madonna is the most amazing artist. Since you’re a country guy , CMT dud z crossroads with Babyface and Trisha Yearwood and they did take a bow. It’s on UA-cam. Babyface was doing singles before this song. He’d hit whip appeal, it’s no crime , and two occasions with his group the deele
Madonna's vocals at begin are really close and stiff but during the song she let herself go and deliver ... pretty nervous as usual cause she's a perfectionist 🤔
nice reaction!
you might wanna check out these other madonna tracks/videos:

I'm just going to be honest... if you've never heard this song, how did you know what to sing the one time you slipped??
Yes! The first chorus. Any other chorus and it could've been overlooked... are all reactions fake?!?
@@jarrods1193 not all but a very large amount are
I have heard some of the song but not all!
Everytime I close my eyes with Babyface and Mariah Carey is one you should check out
Any song ever written in the 80s 90s and early 2000 was written by babyface. ALL HITS
What an odd reaction. You totally avoided saying anything about Madonna and gushed over Babyface. Newsflash! The man had already been hugely famous before doing this duet with Madonna. In fact, most people will tell you that she was late in the game in collaborating with Babyface, when he had not already been hugely famous for his own work, but for collaborating with so many others at the time, namely Mariah Carey, etc. There is no doubt Babyface was "smooth" in his delivery, but again Madonna had nothing to do with his rise to fame. Her involvement with him was convenient for her because she was looking to soften her image at the time. She went on to make many more huge records while he eventually did not. By the late 90's, he was not heard of and she was still making waves far into the 2000's. I can't help to think you purposely avoided in saying anything about Madonna and focused on the male vocalist. Strange!!!
His voice is so smooth, I got caught up in it. Sorry!
Why do you react to someone you don't even know??????
