Your Craftsman tool is a scroll saw. My husband used them when he was well to cut out woodworking projects. I actually made one myself for my Dad too.😊 That's a great weightlifting bar. My son built his own gym in his basement. He's up to lifting 700 and something. He loves the steel plates. 21:10 Paul: The saw takes a blade with pins to attach it.
@ScrapPalletMan He won the Provincial title. This Mamma worries the toll it's taking on his joints. My older brother won silver in the Olympic Games so I guess it runs in the family.
Watching all the ads to support you, especially with the cold and wintery weather and other scrapers limit your scrap finds. Take it easy and stay safe and warm. Blessings. 😊
As always Paul, it's refreshing to tag along while you're scrapping!🎉 I too am a Scrapper but I'm slowing down a bit! I still enjoy it but a man's gotta know his limitations as I'm sure you do! Anyway, it's great seeing you out there plugging away! That scroll saw is an awesome find! Just about any hardware store sells the blade's for it! You'll find all kinds of information on line about it's many uses! God's Blessings on You and Your Family, Stay warm and Safe Friend! 🎉
Awesome finds today Paul. Last month I found a vintage Large blue Coleman cooler on the curb, not Garbage Day. It had broken hinges . $12. Bucks later my new to me cooler is worth $100 bucks .
I say that I had an early start of getting old...... diagnosed 48 years ago with arthritis. I dispise a cold wind chill. No matter what you wear, the wind bites through you. Thanks for the video. ✌️♥️👋
I hear ya! I got miserable with pain in this cold snap! It's been below freezing for about 2 weeks here in the south! 1st day, no pain because it got up in the 50s
@@ScrapPalletMan I'm always sore, the worst is not having the strength and the interest pain after using a hammer or even a screw driver. The best thing I've done for my hands is using spa wax therapy. It gives a deep warning to the bone. Similar to washing dishes with very warm water. PS: I'm only 58 years old.
Hi Phyllis. These last few weeks I wake up feeling like I have a chest cold. But it goes away within a couple hours. I think it's breathing that cold air
Paul, we wish you would get the scrap, because there are less and less scrap than there used to be for you with the others taking it all. The winds are really bad and now calling for winery mix, so ready for spring here !!! Take care of you and thanks for taking us along ❤. 😊😊😊😊
Hi Paul, thanks for putting out videos about trash scrapping. . AIir purifiers have a motor , I found a huge laser printer in trash. Had 12 ink cartridges so I cut it up for scrap, better off just scrapping whole.
I don't want to post a link, but I recently watched a UA-cam video wherein the scrapper broke a washing machine down into its smallest recyclable parts: copper, brass, shred etc., etc. After spending hours on the project, he added up the individual scrap value vs. just throwing the thing off the truck and taking shred value: The difference: He'd have made bout four dollars and change extra for the shred plus the bits and pieces. You're right: Unless someone truly enjoys the abuse involved in micro-scrapping, when it comes to the vast majority of stuff found on the curb, take it to the closest scrap yard and just throw it off the back of the truck.
Hey, Paul ....good finds today (and COLD). Warm here in Florida again (finally). The scroll saw is a type of PLATFORM jig saw... Blade only goes up-and-down, vertically. If you want to cut through at an angle, the adjustment for that is under the small table/platform, and adjusts from the FRONT of the saw. Be careful, those tiny blades are SHARP. We'll send you some sunshine & best wishes. 'Hello to family.... Doug.
Paul, we have the heavy winds too. So bad a many lost their power. Very cold. People not cleaning out in this weather. I hope it warms up, and picks up for you. Have a Blessed week, P aul . Keep Safe❤Keep Well❤Please say a prayer for my son in laws heart surgery tomorrow .
Let's pray. Father in heaven I am praying for Debbie's son-in-law getting through the surgery and Lord we need your help in the healing and restoration. In the name of Jesus amen
For next time, grab the Dr Teal's; it just fancy epsom salt. Useful as heck. I'd have bagged the iced tea too. Nothing in there to get hurt by freezing. As for the rest, as I keep saying "Lord Jesus get back here!"
Paul, I believe God blesses you with great curbside finds because you give Him praise. I put useful things out curbside instead of just throwing it away.
OMG Paul I wish I was there right now the Arizona tea with ginseng and honey is the best really helps you stay hydrated and get through any colds or if you have a sore throat
Paul, my favorite Greyhounds were the Scenic Cruisers when I rode them as a kid in the late 60s and 70s from Oregon to California. I knew them as double deckers lol.
The makeshift wrench is the kind they send you to build the bookshelf you ordered off Amazon. lol, I got a few of those. Glad the weather isn't keeping you hibernating too bad your competition is getting all your scrap! I know it's good for the environment but it sure can hurt the pocketbook.
What's going on with Mr Paul aka the pallet jack main another day at the old scraping routine it's always good to see another day good morning Ralph good morning Sam nice picking my friend did you get you another Kat yet we had a dog I named him shine some body poison him he made it back and died we all cried he was just like a human being 😢

Paul that saw that you picked up takes like coping saw blades. It's a very thin blade Maybe. 8 inches long. and it will attach underneath that table and to The bottom of the top part and would hook in somehow. When you turn it on, it would vibrate. a little bit moving the blade up and down just a little. and that would cause it to cut.
Hi Paul ty for the video, it's always fun to watch you, godbless 😊 🙏🏻 Am so happy people are recycling, but I'd like you to make lots funds for more pickups❤
thats a decent scroll saw... father in law had one... its in my shop.. they sell for $50-100 on market.. yours is a newer model and its missing the blade...
If it wasn't for the fact that I rent a one room room, I'd probably be scrapping just like you are Paul, my problem is is I always find a use for something and I have a hard time letting go of the trash
Alright Paul scrapping on a Monday ✌🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 I had to put my best friend of 12 years down a bit ago I found a pitbull puppy to rescue and guess what Her name is Olivia
Paul your storage space is not mesy compared to my shed. It’s so full of stuff that I need to scrap out. I have two plus garage cans full of wire 15 20 Eletric motors. I just keep going out and picking up more stuff. It’s addictive isn’t it.
Hello Paul, the jigsaw works perfectly, it only needs the replacement saw, no, regarding your question, I am a Catholic Christian and I believe that after life we can see Jesus in person and reunite with our loved ones who left to meet them before us, my father was Spanish and orphaned by his mother since birth and in his last breath of life I was at his side and I told him to go in peace to meet his mother and he left at that moment, and two years later the same thing happened to my mother. I told her to go calmly with dad who is waiting for you and she left in peace, So at 52 years old I like to think that they will welcome me when it is time for me to leave and together we will meet Jesus in person.I send you a big hug and blessings for you and your family from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Take care of yourself and thank you for the video 🇺🇸❤️🇦🇷
At 2:16 the aluminum 9x13 cake pan lid - if I lived closer I’d offer you money for that. It slides on a cake pan and they don’t make them anymore. I know a couple people who’d want that.
@ I have one and the pan. Been watching for them in junk shops and antique stores. They are nice because the lid slides on and stays on. They make one they’ve brought back out that snaps on but it will twist and not stay on.
Paul, looking forward to that DAY when sit down at the Marriage Feast of the Lamb. We the Bride, will sit down with the Bridegroom. What a day that will be! Until then Godspeed to you.
Thanks for showing up, Paul, despite the weather and minimal scrap. We appreciate you!
Hi Nancy! I so soooooo appreciate you
Great video. You stay warm and safe from this weather. I will be glad to see Spring. 🥰

But we need moisture.

We have the snow here in Chautauqua NY. ☃️⛄️ over 3 feet still at my house🙄
Paul, you should have checked the box the saw was on just in case there were accessories for the saw.
When I was editing the video, I saw the box and it looked like there was stuff in it. You are so right

Hi Paul I was wondering if you knew how the scrap gets sorted in the shredder
I've only seen a shredder on UA-cam videos. Never in real person
