2 reasons I switched back from 2 years on Spotify was 1) Spotify never released the lossless tier, and 2) a year ago, I could not get the spoken word content and music content separated. I want a *music* app with no talking / spoken word. I have other apps for that. Spotify - as great as they are - kept pushing the spoken word on the app's home screen. Couldn't kill it off and just stay music. So I moved back to Apple Music. Plus most of my old iTunes library was cloud-accessible there, too.
Well done. I’ve been using Apple Music for the past 2 years or so and honestly I’m pretty tech savvy (or at least I thought I was) and I didn’t know about a good 45 percent of your tips and ticks. Things I definitely needed to know. I LOVE the new discovery station, I’ve been finding some good gems! 🎶

The new full-screen album artwork in the music player on Apple Music is such a beautiful addition, yet its so long overdue
How I active the full screen?
What I really hate about Apple Music is when I have an album, add a song from it to the playlist, but later delete the album, the song is also deleted from the playlist.
Why does Apple make it so complicated? I don't have this problem with other streaming services.

@@ecadeia4988 If you're more of a playlist guy stay with spotify. If you're more of an album guy pick Apple Music. Apple Music has better audio quality, atleast on apple products like AirPods, really makes albums enjoyable.

if you want a super cool tip - hold on a song and then start dragging your finger while holding :) you can then open the queue with your second hand and add the selected song (works for multi select too) to right where you want in the queue

It is on ios 17. And Not all songs have it.

I’ve just cancelled Spotify and started using Apple Music (not by choice) and I have to say it feels like Apple Music is just always a few steps behind Spotify. I can appreciate the fluidity and better audio settings with regard to using an iPhone for music but Spotify just tops it for me. Sad to see it go :(

I had alarm with music from my library long time ago that’s not new
Following friends feature isn’t available in my country. I also have to have Apple Music’s official playlist according to my country as well. They all named in my native language, but I use my phone in English. These type of little things irritates me.

Apple music is so fukin great man !! A larger library of songs than spotify, lossless high quality audio and all this while being cheaper than spotify. Here in India we get 1 month only for a little over a dollar. So the yearly subscription in India is almost equivalent to the monthly subscription in most countries 🤯🤯🤯
None of the things in your video worked on my iPhone 14 Pro. My Apple Music app does not do most of the things that you claimed that it can do. I hate Apple Music. It's a crippled version of the old iTunes app. No lyrics, as the little icon in the lower left corner is always grayed out, and doesn't work. The music screen, after about 1 minute, always goes back to my home page. It will not stay on the screen. I don't know how you got yours to do the things that it did.
what apple really needs to do is, 1) add individual volume sliders for ringtones and notification sound alerts , 2) then add another volume slider for the alarm clock . 3) Apple really needs to over haul the DND function, and the focus function, cause do you really need 2 functions that can do the same job. Because of this it does cause issues with the ios software for not knowing what to do with notifications. eg/ when both these are disable, you can get a notification pop up with no sound alert, due to ios not know what to do because it does not know what to prioritize to use DND or Focus.. 3) Add a battery that last longer then a day no one really cares if the iphone going to be a little thicker or taller this is proven with screen size getting larger and ppl are still buying them. 4) The dynamic island, just get rid of the notch you already acknowledge its a eye sore , and trying to hide it with dynamic island which really is a useless function that cant really do anything great.
Notch is for security reasons. Apple. New phones have batteries that last all day.
@@rickd438 just think if they used bigger milli amp batteries, and you get 2-3 days from it. Then that means less stress on the battery for charging everyday and life cycle of the battery will last longer since you not charging it everyday, The avg battery drops to 80% in 2 yrs of normal use for most iPhone users charging it every night to 100% also the notch has nothing to do with security, it’s the front camera opening your locked phone. The notch has no purpose, take the phone apart and you will see all it is, is a hole.
The notch is for facial recognition which is the best in the industry
