    That is a really nice looking bread..... am I gone demented hahahahah. Honestly though I will be baking this for Easter Sunday

    If you want the raisin to be softer my suggestion is to soak the raisin for haft an hour or more, that's what we did when I work in a bakery, it kept the raisin from getting hard

    I think that you are amazing, because you make it so easy for us to Follow your recipes , please can we have some more easy recipes, I would love to be able to make Apricot slices with the Oates, it's a little bit like making a cake ,thank you 😊

    Hey new fan of the channel !! I really want to try and make this can I use monk fruit sweetener instead of sugar ? Or cut the sugar amount into half ?

      Hi there! Brilliant to hear! I haven’t used any alternative sweeteners with this but yes absolutely you can work on the sugar content with this recipe to suit your needs! ❤️
