First and last played by Alex Reece on BBC Radio One’s ‘One In The Jungle’ in March 1997 as part of the 'Listen Without Prejudice Week'. According to Alex Reece, all rights to Wax Doctor’s tracks were bought from R&S by Sirkus. Somewhere between this, an album deal with R&S and Sirkus going bust, this track along with the others for the album were seemingly lost. Alex Reece who engineered for Wax Doctor thankfully stumbled across the album tracks from some some DATs he had found at his mother's house in 2012 and managed to retrieve them, Werkout being one of them. Q Certain Thoughts was one of these which received a release on Creative Wax; digitally in 2013 and on vinyl in 2019. Paradox stated in a recent radio show that he had been handed a few tracks, so we may yet see Werkout released.
Looking at Discogs Sirkus we’re still releasing music till 2003 this potential R&S Wax Doctor album would of been released 1997 or 1998? if it went ahead
I’ve got a white label of this. Got it off DJ Lee from basement records in reading about 27 years ago. Got a white label of the instrumental mix of Voyagers ‘possessions’ and a Doc Scott remix white label of Hidden Agenda in the same batch.
