Hi, thank you so much for your videos on the Wilcon Hatch. I just bought the program but when I go to the Manage Designs, I can not see the pictures in the icons. I see little empty white boxes but no picture. Do you have any clue why its like this. I have tried everything to fix but no luck. Thanks for any help you can give me.

yes, it is quite common - you have more than one embroidery software on your computer, and there is a conflict as to which one is going to show you the pictures of the icon. the BEST way to get it fixed (it can be complicated) is to put in a ticket with Hatch. Hey are super helpful and will fix it up for you.
yes, of course you can see the pictures....mine are right in the video :)
This is misleading, sure it shows hatch designs as pictures , but your own files are just little white boxes with no pictures at all which is what I was looking for .
no, it is not misleading at all. if you want to see your files, there is a drop down menu that you can select all embroidery files, or all stitch files. I have mine set on EMB files. you can even view images, too. the issue is probably that you have more than one embroidery software installed on your computer, and of course the icons will be read by the last one you installed.
This is misleading. Sure you can see the hatch images as pictures but not your own files, they show up as little white boxes which is no good to me. Think I’ll stick with embrilliance which has a Thumbnailer
