    SO glad to find a good leg workout that is easy on my knees! A lot of the 'low impact' ones still involve a tabletop position which is just as hard on the knees so i'm so grateful for this! will definitely be incorporating into my routine

      @@theluschmasterinc No, I'm quad dominant so squats make my thighs really big. I do sumo squats though, as they hit your glutes/ hammies more 😊

    love this workout. Have a knee pain, doctor suggested forgetting about squads and heavy lifting. These exercises are perfect for me!

    This is great! I have knee problems and I'm always looking for workouts that don't include squats or lunges.

    So I’ve been doing this exercise twice a week for about a month now. First of all, I appreciate that this is low impact because my knees are terrible. Second, it works! However, I would recommend pairing this exercise with a upper glute (medius and minimus muscles) workout. The upper half of my butt is decent and the bottom half is like POW💥 lol

    Absolutely loved this. So kind on the knees. Also the resistance band usage was mind-blowing. Never had a I used a band on my legs before. This is great. I follow Katie too. Must start her workouts too. So much fun.

    This was great! I just received some bands then found this work out. It was a challenge even with the lightest band. I'll admit, i didn't sweat or anything, but definitely felt it in my upper legs/booty/glutes. Worked some different muscles! awesome awesome.

    I think it's good to remember if someone is at the beginning of their journey and they're overweight you don't have to do the full time if you can obviously it's best build up to what you can do that's where I'm at right now I'm doing the best I can and I feel good that I've done something!!

    I could feel this working the lower part of my glutes that I don't usually hit, where women get dimples. Great idea to use this BEFORE squatting to activate more muscle groups.

    If anyone is interested in calories burned during this video: I did this workout this afternoon while wearing a FitBit Inspire 2, and burned 70 calories. I'm 26/F, 155lbs and 5'2.
    In terms of experience, I've been losing weight for about 8 months through diet and began exercising 4 months ago. I've done this workout a few times. Before this video, I did a 28 minute cardio workout (ua-cam.com/video/Ba3qZjzPonI/v-deo.html), a 10 min standing ab workout (ua-cam.com/video/Qia2ZXEzyLw/v-deo.html), and a 20 min cardio kickboxing workout (ua-cam.com/video/a3PQx-0LOsY/v-deo.html).
    If you use a FitBit, this was 3 zone minutes for me, mostly strength training with a bit of fat burning in there during those clamshells!

      As long as it's comfortable for you. If your belly is already big you surely do not want to do excersices lying on the belly. :-)

    Dang, I liked it until the second to last move. That move doesn't work well with my spinal break. :( Otherwise, worked well for my knees, which have no cartilage, so squats are 100% out of the question. Guess I'll need to supplement something else in that section.lol. Happens.
