Hi Sana, I'm a little confused on how much whipping cream you used and how much full fat double cream you used in the kheer? also if you wash the half cup of rice will it not stick if i roast it afterwards? In Pakistani culture they don’t have surnames in that case they use the fathers name as a surname that’s y it’s the Zaid family not khans or sheikh
