Try not to have cold things to eat. Different places have different opinions but I do believe that when you have gone through so much your inside temperature matters. There are so many people for the baby but very few for the mother glad you are being taken care of so well.

I was hoping you'd share more details in regards to recovery, tearing, I've heard we push 2nd time after baby is out to push out the placenta?, etc. If possible please do share more on these topics in your 2nd delivery experience. What’s the process with getting a mid wife in Ontario? I only have OHIP coverage, will i be able to get a midwife? Is there any extra cost attached to it? What are the advantages of having a midwife vs no midwife? Please explain in detail.
