Whoever raised these kids failed horribly. Kids that are 15 years old, where are the parents. At this age, kids out late at night robbing people and the parents are not concerned where they are. Arrest the parents also for not being responsible parents. These kids would have been 14 years old or younger if these crimes took place 2 years ago. This is absolutely horrible.
The parents should be sued and arrested for their children also.

I could be mistaken , but I do not think a single speaker talked about “punishing “ the offenders. They kept talking about “indictments”. I believe all of the speakers agreed not to, or were told they could not use the word “punishment “.
Notice also , no one talked about the “exposure” , or potential penalties the offenders are facing . I am surprised no one in the audience even asked that question .
The mayor talked about telling young people “ there is another way”, which suggests that his position is going to be focused on something other than punishing the offenders .
Baltimore leadership appears to be adopting a “soft on crime “ approach . The tough talk in this press conference is all “fake”. That approach will ensure the needless victimization of more innocent people when the perpetrators of these crimes are allowed back on the street much sooner than they should be .
