Just as a note for future reference I was speaking to my local Boca Raton fl Mall Lego store manager and he tells me they have constantly sold out and have to replenish the Batman Batcave box display. He tells me it’s doing very well . He always give me nuggets of info on sales and also tell be ten sanctom sanctorum is also a solid consistent sale. I need this one on a discount but haven’t seen one yet

So far I've passed on medieval castle at 20% off, but I'm in if it goes any lower! Yeah, I might mow the lawn in the next couple months 🤣 when I get to a good stopping point with Lego investing, hahah

This list is pretty accurate. People always have a bit of hope for the batman sets, but always forget that the few of them that end up doing well do so simply because that year investors forgot about them, and the low demand isn't satisfied by the incredibly low supply.

No worries...I appreciate you commenting and asking questions! Obviously it's totally up to you if it's a set you want to keep in your personal collection or sell off. But, what I can say is historical data shows selling GWPs right away gets the best value...they don't typically rise in value over time. Best of luck!!

@@kdxbricksanalytics There's a video somewhere using the Rocket Raccoon mech for the orange parts needed to create the Cody mech. Plus the marvel mech's have articulation in the hips and actual thumbs. So its an upgrade as well.
Also the Nintendo system is to iconic and I think will do fairly well in retirement but the caveat is it will take a few years of hold time as it’s been out a while

I think the Villain Icons set may end up surprising you. There are so many little Easter eggs, it’s quite a good display piece.

Stormtrooper Mech seems the most appealing of the Mechs since it can be modded into Rex and Cody Mechs, plus its better for army building.

Hey how do you store unopened lego boxes? Would you use plastic shelves or those flat metal/wood shelves?
I use the large plastic tubs from IKEA. They stack and look tidy.
I use the bigger plastic rubber bins from Walmart and they stack nicely
Most use those cheap plastic shelves that are available in a local hardware store.
