LOVE this video. I like the way he addresses people (and they are all people). He interacts before AND throughout the game. He shows respect and compassion. He knows and communicates the rules. He slows things down. He listens, but won't be told. All this, while remaining in charge. COMMUNICATION is his superpower. Anyone would love to reffed by him.

Very great referee! what's surprising to me is a couple of players respecting him and offering him help to communicate to the other players, I hope more referees and players are like this.

You can cry every call, nothing illegal about that. It’s if you start showing disrespect that the ref can give you a tech. At some point, you just stop listening to the player.
