My panel is showing 16 volt in VCC Vgl - 1.2 volt Vaa- 2.4 volt Vgh -2.9 volt Vghf - 2.3 volt Fvghf - 2.3 volt Vdd- 4.4 volt Vgl and vgh gives beep sound when I check for continuity. I did all the possible things available in youtube, nothing happened. Can you give immediate reply? My tv model is mi 43 inch, 2019 model. Problem was no display (sound on), backlight is coming
It look likes your DC-DC Ic is short or any PF near boost voltage area is short, because all your voltages are lower than limit, You can try removing DC-DC ic and attach external scaler to give these voltages, I have 2,3 videos on my channel to add external scaler and panel repairing, follow them

Firstly check 12v coming to panel from Lvds cable,
Mainly it is due to this voltage not reaching at panel scaler or Tcon board
