Behind the scenes of a recent bike modification project that I worked on - we installed the Bolt-on Bobber Kit from @jdcustomco onto a Royal Enfield Classic 350.

How do we get it approved through RTO for modifications. I see now new changes on digi docs etc. Happy that we are improving. But cops catching even for exhausts just kills all these MODS spirit.

It is awesome to see people in Chennai modify their bike as they wish. Here in kerala, police penalise people even for crow shit on the bullet which they mistook as sticker.
Loved this, very minimal changes looks good. Even with the full rear fender would also look good. Just my opinion. Thank you for sharing.

Here in kerala we are facing a huge problem from the Mvd. The will charge a huge amount as fine just for a piece of stickering on our vehicles. So bro don't come with that bike to kerala they will kill you with a huge fine letter.

Rear fender should be a bit longer and end of it needs to be curved otwards to protect rider from Dirt , mud and water , or we can use a sissy bar too, rest it looks fine , and i like Bullet in Black colour only , with Red or Golden or powder coated black rim and a smaller harley 883 size fuel tank (8-9 Ltr) capacity , if possible , extended swing arm and longer chain to fit
Nice art i would say... This is why I love RE and own the exact chestnut color and have seen only very few ppl like this color. My fav one also in evening, this chestnut and black looks amazingly beautiful and give the totally different look 😍 Btw what abt papers, coz rules are getting tighter now and very soon every cop will become James bond. How to do this legally?

I hope you tore out the hideously cheap chromed plastic bezel around the speedometer and replaced it with a sold metal proper chrome bezel. Details matter. It's a gorgeous job. I love the gloss black and better quality.
I got barrel installed in my enfield 500... but I wanna change my exhaust....as it's too loud...I need a cheap sofisticated exhaust :3

it thinks you should have looked at the rusts on the bolts... Would have loved a more organized and cleaner job as you whole theme has nit come into play by you suggestions of further customs...
