Wasn't it their doing by killing all the personnel in the S.F. facility? I don't see them as victims. It's just military prototype units. As well as other dolls. Their designation was battle tactics, since every S.F. doll wears powerful personal weapon. If I remember, Dreamer was ordered to decimate GK squads near the S.F. territory by using Jupiter ground artillery cannons, while Destroyer was as bait for AR team. Technically, even if GK takes control over all S.F. dolls, it's impossible to control the Mainframe.

The Commander behind Kryuger's back took a mission from Havier to investigate two old bases of S.F. one of them being Architect and the other Ouroborus plus a pharmaceutical company tied with Paradeus that was being used as a front to trafficking orphans children on top producing the drugs to create the Nytos. On Architect front, the AR Team plus Dandelai and Architect had two mission objectives the investigation of Architect old base plus capture Gager.
The main reason to investigate those two old bases are that Paradeus were sighted in them doing something that Persica theorized that William wanting more information about S.F. AIs since Mastermind was capable to trigger a Reverse Colapse together with M4 back in Chapter 13 plus with that he can upgrade his Paradeus forces to become even more deadly and efficient.
@vothbetilia4862 architect surrendered and was captured by griffin and after being assimilated, she had the guts to come back to her asking her to defect from SF and come to griffin, because there is almost nothing left of SF at this point. Gager is very loyal to SF just like any other ringleader, she is enraged by her request of defection and decides to fight her because of it. Basically.
Yeah this is an actual thing. Like Jertude said, Architect was assigned to go with the AR team (Sop II, AR-15, and RO in this case) to retrieve Gager. The AR team wanted to do it by force but Architect wanted to just talk to her and convince her because she actually cares about Gager like a sister.
