yep, Vietnamese coffee is super easy to make. cafe du Monde chicory coffee through a percolator works well. next time add the condensed milk to the coffee before adding ice, it's easier to mix this way.

Yes but wasabi is effective in suppressing microbes and bacteria that can cause food poisoning when you eat sushi sashimi nigiri etc with raw sea food. She probably didn't need it for veggie sushi

Looks great - you might want to invest in a better (sharper) knife as your sushi pieces tore a little.
Meesh LA also try dipping the knife in cold water in between cutting, it reduces the stickiness on the knife :)
Lawyer Mark also place your hands in warm water it helps keep the rice from sticking on your hands
$7.50 for 8 piece Sushi? Well here in London if you want a fairly good sushi its like £6.50 - £15 for 3 to 6 pieces :D

I've seen in another sushi video that you should also have a small bowl of water for your hands to dip in, so the rice wouldn't stick in your hands. I think you should try that 😉

I don't understand why you just don't go vegetarian 😂😂 you hate seafood and you're REALLY fussy with all kinds of meat. Have you tried vegetarian meat substitutes? I'm like you and i found that some meat substitutes are soooo good it completely took real meat out of my diet :)

There's two textures on the Nori. The course and the shiny side. The course is where you put the rice. Otherwise, good job. Try making Negimami, which is beef sushi.

When spreading rice, you're suppose to have a bowl of water to prevent rice sticking onto your fingers. With seaweed, you're suppose to have the shiny side faced down. When you're putting the filling, you line them up. To seal up the sushi, you take water and dab it onto the edge then roll them up.

I'm Vietnamese and the coffee is supposed to have some condensed milk at the bottom but you forgot to add the sugar
When you squeeze the avocado and it's almost mushy..its ripe! if its hard or firm its not ripe!
To all the people saying this is not “sushi” it’s “kimbap” are not necessarily incorrect but aren’t right either. It is *both* but it’s name varies with Korea and Japan. Japanese sushi aren’t just a piece of raw fish on rice... it can come in rolls too
