Maam pag ganyan po you can ask the accommodation sa airlines pag sila ang mag sala. Sana pina hotel kayo sa sobrang delayed ng flight nila. I am also have a travel agency kaya I know the rules of the airlines. Sana po pinag laban ninyo na bigya kayo ng accomodation.
You can claim from the airline compensation for delayed flight sis, same us when we travel from vacation Turkey to UK na delay ng 5 hrs nakatanggap kami ng 400pounds each

Check ypur baggages too. Pag kulang ang luggage nyo pag dating sa final destination because of your delay, call the airline agad. Some sirlines do provide a compensation. Im not jist sure with Britsh Airlines pero wala naman mawawala sa inyo just for your information.😊

The Airline Company must give the best hotel accomodation and they must also pay the mental health damage , you can also sue , there are certain penalty for delayed flight ,in the Philippines if your international flight was delayed they're obliged to booked their customers to have the best hotel accomodations with freebies and enough cash
