@brendatrevino6659 yeah because it's a trigger in the DID system when he goes manic low it will trigger Mito and when he goes manic high Insanity but Mito and Insanity only exist because of his DID not his bipolar disorder but yeah he says that so he can know when he is in a manic low or high but they also can be trigger to front by other things
