DPR Ian (Christian Yu) is a Korean-Australian artist and director. He was in a kpop group called c-clown between 2012-2015 then him and Dabin (DPR Live) founded DPR, he was on behind the scenes directing for all DPR videos and other artists mv until 2020. He started to release his solo music in 2020. And his music is actually not kpop he is his own boss, he is unique in his own way and his music is mostly in english. His art is unique cause his vision on art and directing actually comes from reflecting his inner self, he has bipolar disorder and he showcases what happens in his mind into art with the characters MITO (low manic state) and Mr. Insanity (high manic state)
He does everything regarding making the album: writing, producing, mv directing, editing.
I recommend you to watch Psick show feat him and DPR Live. His art might seem dark but he is actually a very very sweet guy. And if you wanna know more about him and how his bipolar disorder effects him I recommend you his interview on Zach Sang Show

Guys pls pls plssss watch his interview on Zach Sang to know in depth why he makes this art. He has Bipolar disorder and DID!! So, in this song he is in his manic high. He calls that personality of himself as Mr.insanity. Also, he has way darker music like So Beautiful, Nerves, etc. That's him in his manic lows and depression phase. That personality is called as MITO.he released his first two albums called Mito part 1 and part 2 about his darker self but that self is actually his protector. His third album is called Dear Insanity where he shows himself in his manic highs and this side of him is wayyy chaotic and dangerous to himself. Plssss watch the interview and explore more of his music. He is really one of a kind and a very vulnerable artist.
