So therefore meaning his spirit is perfect. In this scripture it tells us to be Perfect like him. Our spirit can be perfect. Now flesh wise there is no such thing as a perfect body because everyone has different outlooks on what the "perfect" body looks like.
He watches you from inside out as he can even weight your heart.
