Do I have to keep the chord attached to the glasses the whole night or can I disconnect after the glasses have been charged?
Hi Annaed! The glasses and goggles do need to stay plugged into the battery pack the whole night. The glasses are connected by a longer cord that can easily slid into a pocket while the goggles have a shorter cord and the battery pack is built into the head strap. How do you turn the brightness down mine are too bright
Hi! The brightness can be turned down on the solid color modes. Simply click the Red, Green, Blue or White buttons, then use the "Speed +" & "Speed -" button to adjust the brightness!
Is there a way to make the remote work better. I click the different buttons but takes so long to switch modes or colors
If the goggles are taking longer to respond when buttons are pressed on the remote, it may be time for a new battery in your remote. Try this, and if you still need help, please contact our stellar team at support@glofx.com and they can be of further assistance! ✨

surprisingly you have good visibility with the glasses, not sure about the goggles
I used these once after purchasing, and a wire is loose, causing one of the goggles to project weak lighting and off colours. Also had to pay $80 for import fee’s into Canada when they were delivered.
What should I do about getting these fixed?Anyone else have this issue?
Otherwise, amazing goggles and the patterns are wicked - easy to use the remote and store in your pocket at a show!

How long should I charge the battery and how long dose it lats
Hi Jonathan! The battery can take up to 2 hours to fully charge from being dead. The battery pack will be fully charged when the red indicator light stays lit. Once fully charged, this USB Rechargeable Battery Pack will provide an average battery life of 5-7 hours depending on the mode and brightness level of your GloFX Pixel Pro LED Eyewear.
My googles shut off when I press the white and mode - buttons. I just got them today. Any tips??

How long should the goggles charge for? Plus, the remote won't turn it on!
