Because it seems hard to find any comments about this, I want to point out that I think I found about Reverie Sound Revue because of the Canadian tv show called Radio Free Roscoe. I don't remember much about it but Canada had some really cool and unique teen drama shows in the early 2000's. As an American teen at the time I was intrigued by the style those tv shows had. I should rewatch some of them.
I listened to this band so much during my uni years. Amazing memories now kept within amazing music. When I feel down with the world of work, family and just genuinely being an adult with responsibilities, I put this band on to roll back the years. Thanks for everything
I'm listening to this and.... I have no idea what I'm feeling. I feel so amazed that Reverie Sound Revue can do this to me. How their beautiful music wraps up my emotion into a ball and slowly takes it apart. Piece by piece, throwing my emotions into the sky. It allows me to enjoy this once in a lifetime band. I cannot describe how incredible and soul-fullfilling this band is. I'm so glad I know of this band and to see you wonderful fans.

They never actually took off! They wanted to become something, but the group had their own ideas of what they wanted to do and it never happened. The only way they make music is to record their instruments and send them to one guy that compiles them together. It's a shame! I bought their CD and I love listening to it on the bus ride to university. I wish they would continue :P
This song has the most euphoric affect on me. It swoops me through my entire life and evokes memories of the best and worst times. Its moves me in a way no other song ever has and reminds me why I first fell in love with music and why I ever started writing songs. In short, this is the best song Ive heard in over 20 years and I absolutely hate whoever wrote it. I couldnt be any greener with envy. Son of a Bitch! How the hell did they do this???

oh my goodness i can't wait, you guys teased the album with this back in 07 i believe and i've been going nuts since even when i went to see broken social scene the first thing i did when i got to meet brendan canning was ask him what was going on with you guys haha glad you're back :)
They play completley different genres, that is why you cannot compare them! For Post-rock is completly normal that they only have instrumental songs and I agree that Indie rock would sound a bit boring without vocals.
@mitchelljermaine I completely agree I listened to explosions in the sky and they were kinda...bland in my opinion and it's extremely hard to compare an instrumental band to the vocals of Lisa, she has an amazing voice

I think that Lisa's voice it's underrated. It's amazing the vibe that she emanates.
