DrumLine Battle, this was not a fair battle considering age, skills, and experience... and honestly, this was not fun to watch. Plus the racial dynamics cannot be ignored. As a drummer and longtime DCI/band/marching perc fan, I urge you to create fair battle pairings between comparable groups.

Drumline battle is already a not very popular competition, having even more age brackets would further split up the viewersship as most people probably wouldn't care about the middle school age battles. The Calgary stampede showband is a 16-21 year old group and most of the members don't start marching until 14 or 15 years old. And accounting for race??? That's such bollocks man. The competition should be focused on the writing and execution of a show with good technique, not another exercise of segregation

This comment makes me cringe really hard lol. For you to assume these guys are 25 to 40 years old is really funny and ignorant. "Those in the red" have a name, they are called the Calgary Stampede Showband, and their age group is 16-21 years old NOT 25 to 40 years old.
